I'm stuck and can't get out

Basically, I'm stuck. I've tried /spawn but it says "/spawn is not allowed in this area". I've tried rejoining and everything I could think of. No staff members are on currently and I basically can't play or anything. Could a staff member please come on and help me. Thanks.

If you are stuck in the sewers, you aren't supposed to be able to do /spawn. Otherwise, wait for a staff member to come online or message them in discord
