Im stuck in year 7

im not sure how long it takes to rankup but im pretty sure im stuck

It's a rankup failure when your rank fails to change ranks means you're stuck (Or glitch due to failure of plugin) You can ONLY fix it by contacting the server's owner (Ducks)

I'll go ahead and tag Ducks so he'll be informed. If you've donated, that can be the main problem. When you donate, you get a lot more permissions and these permissions can, in fact, mess up the plugin Ducks uses for ranking up. When I check mine, it also says that I do not have a rankup. Although I'm in Year-12, it still wouldn't work if I was Year-7, as I have donated myself. In the meantime, just hold on, I'm sure eventually your problem will be fixed. Good luck.

I got the same problem because my rank was reset from teacher but Iv played every day this week since my rank was removed yet I’m still grade 7
