Inactive apartment owner

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1625.067, 29, 1261.846
ISSUE: Squirrelgirl has been inactive for approximately 1 month and 22 days, over the limit and I would like to claim the apartment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: While I would normally just wait for it to open up, I noticed that the timer(?) on the sign isn't changing. It's just static.

- The actual owner of the apartment is Communizm, that is an active player;
- Make sure to be on 1.17.1 with Optifine to properly view the signs since some versions as 1.18 can glitch them
