Issue: Hello, I have come across an apartment with an owner that has been inactive for a month and want to request it to be disowned.
Apartment Location: Apartment Block B1, Apartment Number 323,
Co-ordinates: XYZ: 1412 / 57 / 1239
Additional Info: The reason I am writing this now instead of when the 30-day mark is up, is because my time-zone (BST) makes it so once the timer hits 30 days I may not be online.
