Issue: There is an apartment in Block F4, Room 175, that I would like to be disowned.

Reasoning: I would like a larger apartment for more roleplay opportunity. I also think that I would make more use of the apartment and be more active. If it's possible to have the apartment disowned, please let me know, thanks!
