Ok, so my server wasn't working for a long time. It wouldn't let me on anywhere but my dads house. But then I downloaded the original launcher (because i had some other one) and it started working. It also only works on 12.1 but that doesn't really bother me. But, when it lets me on, it's extremely laggy. Everyones messages come up fine and i can move just fine, but when i enter a message, it doesn't actually come up for at least 3-4 minutes. I tried changing my amount of gigabytes used and simply relogging but it wont work. Since i've fixed it, it hasn't let me on without lag except for the first time. I'm not entirely sure what to do.
