VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: My entire inventory (shown in the picture, ignore the chest items, it was the only photo I could find of my inventory)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The nether star is gone, I've also tried relogging, I'm assuming this happened near the fb field like in the After photo because that's when I noticed it. The custom zombie thing, I found, just the other 2 weapons, ignore the books and the item in my offhand was a Hinikuna Watch.
