ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: So, I had accidently logged off while in edit-mode, when I logged back in I noticed everything that was in my inventory was all inside edit-mode instead of my main taskbar. (on accident, I clicked on the spiked and it disappeared, I don't really have proof of it besides it being in my taskbar before logging, I also had a black smartphone, but couldn't get an screenshot of it.)
