Inventory wiped

Hello, I made a ticket a few days ago about how when going in and out of apartment editmode around a server rollback, I lost all my items that were in my inventory. As well, all the items that were in my inventory at the time in editmode became what was in my inventory when I left editmode (building blocks, the options menu and barrier you have in your inventory when in build mode). I can still even right click on the options menu when NOT in apartment editmode. But when doing /ticket list i'm unable to find my ticket atall or a reply so posting here as someone gave me the link to request here! I didn't lose any money, just items! Attaching screenshots, thank you!

(separately I'm sorry it's a lot of items but it's everything I owned because I was redoing my apartment lmao)
