I spend about nearly 3-5 hours everyday. Except for Mondays and Fridays. I usually get on the server in the evening or at night
since I'm quite busy in the morning with usual stuff like school and other important events that i attend to in the morning.
I do spent most time on the server trying to do something or just walk around.
But most of the time in the evening I spend on this server.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I’ve become quite accustomed to the server now. I’d say I’m very good at detailrp and any type of rp on the server. Though I do feel a bit new but compared to the others I’m definitely more experienced . I know of pretty much everything on the server and I learned a lot about rp as well and I’ve gotten very used to it and compared to my past id say I’m now very well versed with roleplay.
What is your motivation for applying?
I currently have nothing to do on the server and am looking to learn a bit more on roleplay
and that’s why I am applying for the hospital faction cause it focuses a lot on detailrp
and when it comes to detailrp I would say I’ve become quite good now
but I wanted to learn and experience more on the server
and thought joining a faction like the hospital faction would teach me a lot and my character could experience a lot as well.
Also having to listen to peoples mental problems is definitely something I’m good at and I’ve always wanted to be a psychiatrist
if I’m being honest, I feel like I would be very good at it.
Personally I currently have nothing to do on the server im just trying to find a way to roleplay a bit more
and become a bit more experienced and joining the hospital faction is most definitely going to teach me more about roleplaying in general,
though I would say im a bit more experienced now when it comes to my roleplay with my character
and when it comes to my character
I want it to be a psychiatrist
and become a bit more professional and independent.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I do know a bit of every role in the hospital faction
and what every role does on the server,
I did do my research on what each role does
and what items they use to cure what the disease is.
Im also a bit knowledgeable on what role focuses on curing what disease
and what they actually can do on the server.
Doctor:
A Doctor is mainly the one who diagnoses and treats their patients. They I believe provide the best care they can to their patients and also are the ones who refer the patients to get a certain type of treatment or whether they have to get casts or not. Especially in SRP where the doctors are responsible for treating and diagnosing the patients illness.
They are also the ones responsible for the tests treatment and help them receive the best treatment possible. They also tend to help with other duties at the hospital as much as they can but mainly they help with treating the patient and diagnosing them and giving them the best treatment possible.
Hospital Directors:
They are pretty much the managers of the entire hospital. They make sure the other people are doing their the jobs properly and make sure the patients are receiving the care they need. They manage the hiring, training, and firing of the members in there.
They also manage the entire hospital and our responsible for everything in the hospital. They also need a lot of communication skills, really good decision making and problem solving skills, they also need proper leadership skills to be able to keep the role. They are also the one that kind of represent the hospital so the hospitals reputation is dependent on them.
Psychiatrists:
They are the ones that are mainly focused on the patients mental health, unlike the doctor that tries to fully diagnosis and treat the patient, the psychiatrist is fully focused on treating the mental health of the patient and they don’t really have much training to discern the exact injuries of the patients physical well being. They are very much trained only to be discern peoples mental health and figure out what problem they have. As much as physical illnesses are bad, mental diseases are just as bad and these guys are the ones who can help the patients with mental problems. Because even if we think it isn’t mental illnesses are just as much of a pain as physical illnesses. They also treat other behavioral and mental disorders such as anger management problems, bipolar disorder and types of tendencies people can have. They also help in diagnosing people with disorders people might have and mental diseases that the patient might have that the patient himself doesn’t think they have.
Surgeons:
They are commonly known to be the one responsible for the surgical procedures in the hospital. They use multiple equipment to help with their procedures and used equipment’s like x-rays and multiple medical scanning equipment and are assisted by multiple people and sometimes even doctors to help them with their surgery. Their job is most definitely the riskiest and If not done properly could lead the patient to further damage or even worse death.

Arthur ‘Kingsley’ Tsu was born in Manchester, UK. He didn’t know much about his father, all he knew was that his father was a doctor who worked at some random hospital behind the park he used to play at. The hospital wasn’t really known too much but his father was paid enough for their family to have a home and food. He didn’t know too much about his father everything he knows about him is everything he heard from his mother as his father passed away when he was 3 years old.
After spending two more years at his birth place he was abandoned by his mother auspiciously at a park and she never returned. He never saw it coming and was found by some passing by strangers and took him to the police. Nobody came to pick him up and tried to contact his only living guardian which was her mother but for some reason she had full on disappeared and this was when he knew that he was abandoned by his mother. This hurt him a lot as a child and grown a bit distant by adults and had started to miss his father a lot as he thought of him as a figure that loved him even though he doesn’t have a single memory of him but he knew his father was the only one who loved him.
Later years in his life he spent in the orphanage until he miraculously got adopted by his two new Romanian parents that had never had children before. They were both in their mid 30s and the wife ended up being infertile and as the wife knew she was never going to have a child with her husband they decided to adopt a child from the orphanage instead. That’s where they met Arthur and decided to adopt him.
When he got adopted he was about 7 years old and had spent about 2 years in the orphanage and though everyone else was happy for him, he himself was a bit doubtful and worried about having new parents as missed being with mother even if she had abandoned him. In the end all he needed were a few days to open up to his new parents and he loved them. They were really kind though his father was a bit strict his mother loved him as she always wanted to have a son and really wanted him to love them as much as they do to him.
At the age of 10 he had moved to Romania and started his schooling there as well. He spent the entirety of his middle school there and though he had a rough time at first but he was able to make friends by learning Romanian and after nearly a year he also learned to speak JSL as he wanted to communicate with his disabled friends as they were the ones who were open to him at first and he wanted to talk to them a bit more properly rather than just using a paper to communicate with them. As he spent more of his life Romania he started to care for his life more as finally now has parents that care for him and love him friends who care for him as well and a school life that was great as well, but it came to the worse when his parents ended up in an accident on their way to the hospital do his father daily check-up. When he found out that even his adoptive parents left him he was devastated. Finally when he was having something good in life fate decided to take it away from him. It was rough for him after that. At the age of 13 he was once again left all alone no one to take care of him and nothing to his name. even when he had just started to become a bit popular at school, he lost it all after everyone in school found out about what happened to him. After everything that happened he decided not to go to school as he was in quite the tough spot but not everybody was understanding of his situation. He ended up moving out to Japan of all places where he lived with random people doing random jobs to afford food and sometimes even places to stay for about 2-3 days. He was in a tough situation but his luck finally turned around when he was offered a scholarship for less fortunate people at karakura. He saw this as a golden opportunity and decided to go to karakura and spent about 5 years there try to live the best life he can. He made a lot of friends there and unlike his terrible childhood, he actually felt much better at his high school as he was more free here. he did random jobs and got a lot of friends and staying at their places from time to time and at some point he didn’t even have to worry about money anymore.
Now turned 18 he finally decided he needed to get a proper job instead of just doing random jobs to get money to live by and decided that he wanted to apply for a psychiatrist. He had enough mental problems as it is and he never went down to the route of despair and choose to face through it all and thought maybe he could help others who have issues just like him and aide them and be the one there for them. He never had someone to help him in his life and he wanted to be that someone for someone else and as such he decided to be a psychiatrist so he could be there for people who might be just like him.
He also unexpectedly became an uncle after his adopted niece got adopted into the tsu family and is now the brothers with the tsu brothers and currently lives with his eldest brother until he finds himself a apartment.

What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?

He specialized in Psychiatry and physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). He choose psychiatry and PM&R (also known as physiatry) because compared to everything else this is what interested him the most mainly because he was quite the bit interested in medicine and really interested in psychiatry. He wanted to be an expert at helping people with getting diagnosis’s and helping them rehabilitate and treating disorders, was something he wanted to be good at as he didn’t want to just acknowledge them of their disease and not help them get cured of it.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
Currently he hasn’t worked in a medical residence.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
He did spend a bit of time with his schools head nurse as he loved talking about medical appliances with her and spent all his free time at the nurses office to get as much as knowledge as he could and tried to assist as much as could.
Also in high school he ended up getting the privilege to intern at hospital though he was mainly just an observer and only helped here and there but he does have experience on how everything working in a hospital.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
He is a 6ft tall British Male, who has a really long neck and has a bit of a messy hair but keeps it maintained when he has to. He also sometimes wears his hat when he feels like not combing his hair. He ended up getting influenced by his friends and got tattoos on both arms though he does tend to cover them up to look more professional. He also wears golden/brown eye contacts when he doesn’t have his glasses on him.
When ever he thinks he’s sweating a lot, he tends to wear a lot of deodorant and tried to keep himself as clean as possible with as much less work as possible.
He also seems to be quite fit as he tends to work out at home.
His fashion sense was top notch as he wears quite classy stuff at times but also seems to wear something that’s somewhat questionable at times.
What makes him unique is his ability to perceive others quite differently to the crowd, he has the ability to immediately realize things and can perceive things quite easily.
He also has an outgoing personality as he wants to be friends with everyone and tried to stay neutral as much as he can and not cause trouble while having fun.
He is also well coordinated at can easily work in a team and has good leadership abilities along with being able to easily get along with his teammates.
He is perceived by others as dependable at times though he does act a bit troublesome. He also acts out sometimes and gets angry at the most random times but tends to realize his mistake immediately and apologizes for any mistake he has made knowingly and unknowingly, and tries to fix it as much as he can.

On duty
He Tries to be very respectful in his workplace. He always keeps a calm emotionless face on his face to show that he doesn’t get nervous easily. He waits patiently every day on work for patients, and spends his free time on his phone or resting to restore energy. He tries to be as friendly as possible though his face doesn’t show it and talks a lot when talked to and communicates well with his co-workers. He also tried to communicate and empathize with his patients as much as possible. He would also treat everyone with respect and always greet them with a good morning/afternoon/evening if he knows them very well.
Off duty
He’s very relaxed all the time. He’s spends most his time outside either checking in on his friends and if they’re free he hangs out with them. He sometimes simply walks around enjoying the view and trying to talk to as many people as possible. To him making connections is worth more than anything. So he spends a lot of time goofing around but gets serious when he has to. He tried to be the best uncle he can and tries to annoy his brother any chance he gets. He’s very protective of his niece and also very protective of the things he posses. He also spends some time casually fishing.

When it comes to work in a team, he’s like a literal god. He’s doesn’t try to act like a know it all rather listens properly on what to do and can do things very well when he’s told to. He’s also very good at working on his own when its something he’s good at. What plans does your character have for the future?
His current plan is to become a psychiatrist as that’s his choice of job he wants right now and he also plans on becoming a bit more financially stable before he finally decided to move out of his brothers household. He also wants to work in the hospital as a psychiatrist as long as possible as he plans on working with the other psychiatrist for a very long time and get along with everyone as much as possible. He wants to treat as many patients as possible and finally feel like he lived his life for something and didn’t just waste his life for absolutely nothing. He wants to make his adoptive parents proud by becoming a bit more financially successful and being able to call himself a successful psychiatrist who takes care of their patients as much as they can.
