Is there any kind of Club Registration?

I saw that there is a club room in the school, and I was wondering if there was some kind of registration to claim the room for a club, or if there were even clubs to begin with.

there is a way you can apply for a club, but the current club faction leader is inactive/is no longer the leader. they will need to update the leader before you can apply !!

there are clubs, they're inactive, though.
