My alt is in 7th and I am confused about it's age being 0. I don't know how to make it normal. :(

This is a glitch that sometimes happens, I'd make a bug report here on the forums via Bug Reports just in case staff don't already know about it.
But to fix it do /setage 13 to correct it, if that doesn't work make a ticket by doing /ticket create helper message and ask for it to be fixed.

I can't do /setage when my alt is in 7th grade, and i have 1 more thing- i just rented a dorm and the doors to it are claim by someone else, i didn't notice when i got it and now i cant close the doors. ill try a ticket.
