issue with my resource pack...

I just got back on the server after being gone for a long while, and I can't download my resource pack. I kept rejoining the server to see if it would force itself to download, but it doesn't. I go to the informational page to download the pack manually, but it says the link doesn't exist or have public access.

Yeah I have the same thing where I have to manually put the srp resource pack but other aesthetic resource pack things every time I join and there's also a weird looking doll everywhere? Is there some kind of an update to the srp resource pack?
