It says I have reached the maximum grade even though I am only in grade 7

For some reason it won't let me go to grade 8 and I cannot see my progression. I tried to attach evidence in 3 different ways but every way I do it says the file is too large.

Next time you are online, create a ticket under the 'Administrator' department with a name regarding grade issues or glitches
