I was holding my phone in my offhand before using /am to make it look as if I was holding my phone out to take a picture but then it disappeared from my inventory, however it left the bow item that /am gives you but I dropped it.
I took this screenshot just 2 hours before I did this command and lost my phone:
The photo shows me holding my phone in my offhand, I originally took this screenshot due to a few other bugs I had encountered, such as my name being weird in person and in chat and I was unable to use /call without getting an error.
The phone I had was a Raccoon phone that I bought from Sayonara quite some time ago.
