ITEM DISAPPEARED!?

So one day when I logged in I suddenly noticed the Headphones that were always on my head just disappeared without a trace. I used /help for hours and no staff replied, so I am here to ask, is it normal for this to happen? Is it possible for me to get it back? I am poor ICly and really frustrated that this happened.
I really wish I can get it back but if there is no way I can I guess I will just accept my fate.
But how tf do I know this will never happen again!?

that should not have happened and there may also be a possibility that there was a different reason behind it like it disappeared or glitched out right before you logged out, anyway dm an S.A with proof of you owning a pear of headphones and you'll get them back.
