I accidently shift left clicked while hovering over my pipe wrench (shift + left click + windows key is my screen shot) and it went into my crafting area, and then I took and actual screen shot, I was gnna send it to my friend saying I have a pipe wrench to sell him. and I tabbed out, went back into the game and it was just gone. Im not even sure how It happened, and Its been gone for a few hours as I thought it would come back soon but it wont.. (I have clip if needed)
