EVIDENCE:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I have no proof of it being in my inventory, all i have is a ss of it in one of my chars mouth. The item got "eaten" while i was testing items that go on the head slot (because of whatever reset happened to head items) so it has been poofed into non-existence and I would love to get it back asap.
