ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: i was trying to change chars and had my phone in my offhand. when i did change chars my offhand which had my phone got replaced with my school planner and i two school planners for a few mins until the second one eventually just disappeared from my inv.
also the phone had a panda design on it.
