EVIDENCE:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I tried to take it from my offhand to my inventory while i was falling.. at first i believe that it was be falling that was the one to get rid of it, but because I died from fall damage while having it selected, it dropped the item when i died instead of carrying it through when i died. I dont have anyone to witness it while i was playing, thoguh I do know that many people saw me with it.
