VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Smartphone "Gold Orange"
EVIDENCE: Yesterday, before it glitched today when I logged in, I still had the phone with me. By the time I logged in today, items in my inventory were glitching, and turned my phone into the new school planner. As when I thought that the duplicate school planner glitch was fixed, my smartphone ended up disappearing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The following screenshots shows the glitches that happened. It started with my phone turning into a school planner, then it kept glitching into back to my phone, then an apple, umbrella, until there's nothing on the first slot of my hotbar, where my smart phone usually is.
