Items disappearing and turning into 'options'. Please help me!

So, I just got a phone today, but then, suddently my phone disappeared and turned into the options button. The same happened to my water bottle. My items are gone, and I can't move the options buttons. Please do something and get me my phone back! Thank you in advance.
