Items Problem

Hiya,
So last time I logged in this wasn't an issue, I don't know how to solve it.
So my three items aren't loading as what they're and I'd appreciate it if someone could help me :)
- Cat Ears Headband (Now inc sac)
- Sport Headband (Now Cactus Dye)
- Headphones (Now Redstone)

Can someone fix this for me please? :)
