ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I forgot the color of the phone but i think it was dark and white. I lost it while the phone was on my off hand and i had a bow in my main hand (the bow that you get from doing /am) than i pressed F and the phone Disappeared and i got a invisible bow item.
