I believe I am very active on SchoolRP. I am on everyday playing volleyball and going to school. I think it would be pretty interesting to portray a Janitor on a server I already enjoy playing. I am also pretty active on the forums usually writing applications.

A School Janitor
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
In my opinion, The role of a School Janitor is a very important job. They are the ones who clean up after everyone, making sure the school is safe and proper for Teachers and Students. They can also change lightbulbs and things like that if needed.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
I recognize I can be ICly fired but I will try my best to ensure that doesn't happen.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
Yes I do how to seriously roleplay and I think if I became a Janitor, it could help me become better at roleplaying. I also read the rules frequently to make sure I am roleplaying properly on SRP.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I think I have a lot of experience in roleplay. I have roleplayed as a worker before on other Minecraft servers but they were not as professional as SchoolRP. I would love to have the opportunity to become a Janitor on SRP.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
First of all, I would ask if something is bothering them, because it would be random for them just to start cursing. If they continue with the bad language, I will give them a warning. If they do it again I will inform a teacher or I will give them detention (if I can). If they are misbehaving during detention I will get the principal to deal with this situation or any appropriate staff.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
Firstly, I would be honored to be assigned to do a hazardous job requested by the Principal. Even though this is my job, I will need to take caution for the safety of the students, teachers and the overall school. That being said, I would tell all the staff to make sure the students are in a secure area before I begin the hazardous job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would quietly pull them aside and tell them what they are doing is very dangerous and must be stopped. If they follow my instructions, I will forgive and forget. But, if they continue this dangerous behavior, I will have to report them to the principal, for the safety of the students, teachers and the other school employees.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the employee break room, Andre is very respectful. He will make himself a nice cup of coffee with some cookies he brought with him from home. He will also greet his co workers with a nice smile and offer them a cup of coffee. Overall Andre is a caring person and likes to meet new people any chance he can get.

/me The male would carefully grab the ladder from the Janitor's closet. While in there, he would gently grasp the lightbulb from the packet and bring it with him. He would then place the ladder in the perfect area to reach the broken lightbulb, and carefully switch it out with the brand new one. After receiving the broken lightbulb, he would carefully step down the ladder, placing his feet on the cold hallway floor and cleaning up the tools he needed.
/me The male would grasp the mop with his right hand and his left hand, interlocking. He would dip the mop in the water bucket in a up and down motion. After the mop is damp, he would glide the mop on the cold floors left and right, right and left, until the floors were as clean as new.
/me Mr. Andre would grab 2 water buckets from the closet with a couple of rags. He would then cleanse the windows in a sweeping motion, left right, right left. After he is finished, he will place the equipment back in their proper places.

Backstory
Andre Alstrom, a male born and raised in the United States. During his time in America, he had a huge grow spurt in the 7th grade reaching 6'7". He was put on many sports teams without even trying out. When he was about to be a senior in high school, he reached the height of 7'5". When he was getting ready for the new school year his parents told Andre he had to go live in Japan with his Uncle. His parents were in a low income neighborhood and wanted the best for Andre, so he moved away. He was upset with the move, but he quickly adjusted. Being so tall, many people told him to join the sports teams but he decided to focus on studying. Andre Alstrom ended up loving Japan. In his senior year he finally started playing sports, mainly basketball because of his height. He also studied hard and earned an average of 89%. In his graduation speech he spoke, "I will be attending College next year and I hope you guys will not forget me". It was a short speech but Karakura High School would never forget the BFG, big friendly giant. In College, Andre played basketball as a Center. He averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists, he was a great ball player. But for his academic studies, he majored in Law Enforcement and minored in Criminology. But for basketball, he even mastered the standing dunk. In his final years of College he realized, he would like to give back to Karakura High School for giving him such a good high school experience. He decided to become a Janitor. His mother was a cleaner for many years, so he decided to give her a call. She said to go for it! When he graduated College with a degree of Law, he mentioned in his speech he will become a Janitor for Karakura High School.

I would like to join KHS for these reasons. First of all, I would like to work for KHS because I went there for high school. I went to KHS and I had many great memories there. I studied hard and I got an average of 89%. Secondly, the role of a Janitor. My mother was a cleaner when I was growing up. It looked like a hard but interesting job. I have also been neat my whole life and I would like to use my skills for a good use. But overall, I would personally like to work at KHA because I had a great high school experience there.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I should be accepted over other applicants for my personality. I am very sociable and I can help with situations that need to be resolved. Also I am a hard worker so you can expect a job to be done in 24 hours. Finally my maturity. Many people have told me I am very mature so if there was someone joking around I could deal with it perfectly. Also I am very neat and I can deal with parts of the school which aren't cleansed yet.
