In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A janitors primary responsibilities are as a cleaner and a caretaker of the building they work in.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have experience in TeachRP when I used to be a college professor, and I also have experience in GangRP.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Janitors perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would attempt to calm the student, if this fails I would contact a peer about the incident.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would attempt to complete the job, if later on I decide the job is too dangerous I would ask the principal to assign the job to someone else.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would contact a higher up and tell them about the employee's behavior.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I read about a school hiring in the newspaper. I decided to look up the school to find out more about it and found only good reviews on it and decided to create an application for the school.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I am one-hundred percent committed on my job and gives value to the job that what will give to me. My edge from other applicants are my competencies and skills relevant to this job and my willingness to work under any kind of pressure.
