Jet Ski Despawned because I ran into the border.

I was riding my Jet Ski in the water near the border which I didn't know at the time was the border, and ran into it and it kicked me off the Jet Ski and I was unable to vehicle pickupall as it was out of range or what not. I have all proof of owning and buying it.
