I’m having issues joining the server on my phone

unfortunately this is due to SRP not supporting bedrock edition, you won't be able to join! Really sorry, but hope you can find an alternative.

In this reply, you will find the methods that you can follow to join
RoleplayHub and any of its sub-servers!​

You can join the RoleplayHub Minecraft community by using Minecraft
Java Edition and one of the following IPs:

play.roleplayhub.net
mc.roleplayhub.net
play.schoolrp.net

This will get you to the hub, where you can pick the server you wish to
join by right-clicking the nether star, one of the NPCs, or doing /server [Name]​
