IGN (In-Game Name):
The account I am applying for the Karakura Police department on is JustABitLegit. However, I have another account; peachybbyx. That account is my Student Council account, so if I was to be accepted, I would equalize my duration on SRP between both accounts.

Previous bans:
JustABitLegit:
I have received no punishments on this account and I intend to keep it that way.

ERP- It was very trivial and immature of me, I did my full 15 days without appealing, as I knew what I had done was wrong and felt there was no need for proving my innocence. This was also very early in my SRP days, when I didn’t know much about developing characters or how to role-play properly and efficiently. However, moving on from that, I have put that behind me and have not had a bad experience with a staff member. I have matured immensely since that incident and took it upon myself to decide that I want to be serious and play a part in the RPH community. I have done this by becoming an active, friendly member not only on the server but the forums, too.

Describe your activity on the server:
I would say that I am relatively active. As of now, I am only able to log onto the server on weekends [This also includes Fridays], but even then, I still play for around twelve hours. Nonetheless, due to the current situation at my school [An outbreak of Covid-19], I may go back to doing online school. This means that I will be able to play everyday again, from 4PM onwards. However, if my application is accepted, I will try my absolute best to dedicate more time to the server so that I can play on weekdays, too.

Which timezone are you in?
I am currently in the BST timezone. However, this is subject to change to GMT on the 25th October.

Do you have Discord?
Yes, I have an extremely active Discord account: peachybby#2954

Do you have a microphone [Obligatory]:
I have a working microphone and headphones that allow me to speak clearly and hear others clearly.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is so that I can experience and be put in different role-play situations. I have role-played in situations such as dealing with delinquents whilst playing on my Councillor character. GangRP has never interested me and I have never been involved in it majorly. I have always stuck to applying for roles on the forums, as it is what I am best at. I can quickly adapt my character and change the backstory and lore to suit the role that they have in place. This is what initially sparked my interest in CopRP. I quite like the idea of AdultRP and especially CopRP. I enjoy the excitement and thrill of chasing down delinquents in school and giving them the correct punishment where necessary. By having a character in the KPD, I would be able to apply myself fully and be able to fill the role of having a character that is disciplined, mature and has a passion for serving for the law. This means that I would hopefully be a passionate and successful member of the KPD. I also feel as if a change of role-play would do me lots of good. I would be able to experiment with my character, see what works and what doesn’t. As a new cadet, I will be able to learn from others around me and learn from my mistakes. I am extremely inquisitive and resilient so I can improve all the time; meaning that I can learn from the people around me and develop my CopRP skills.

Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
Yes, I have revised and reviewed the Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct and feel that I fully understand it.

What are the Police ranks?
The ranks go as follows in descending order:
Police Branch:
Police Commissioner
|
Police Caption
|
Head Lieutenant
|
Police Lieutenant
|
Police Sergeant
|
Police Corporal
|
Patrol Officer
|
Patrol Cadet

Detective Branch:
Detective Superintendent
|
Detective Chief-Inspector
|
Detective Sergeant
|
Detective Constable

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?

I have a solid knowledge on law itself. One of my parents has a high position in the Courthouse, so I am completely aware of how British law works.I have also familiarised myself with the Japanese law so that I am able to role-play correctly and efficiently. As well as this factor, I also have an interest in Criminology itself. I aspire to be a Forensic Psychologist as a dream future career. This means that I am already aware of police work, and understand it fully. I have a full understanding of how policing works, due to my passion for it.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are important to SchoolRP as it is a necessary and important group of people that strive to make the server a better place. Without them, there would be chaos on the server. GangRP would be at an all time high and not only would it be disruptive ICLY, it would also be disruptive OOCLY. Police in SchoolRP makes the role-play situation more interesting, it creates the ability for players to choose two routes to go down. They can either choose the life of illegal activities and potentially getting jailed, or serving for the law and protecting the citizens of Karakura. As well as this, they are essential for FearRP being implemented and Police Officers also play an important role in many events, such as natural disasters or criminal activity.

Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?

I understand and accept this completely. If this was to happen, I would be respectful and understanding about the decision.

Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?
I completely recognise this and you can expect that I will be exceptionally dedicated and passionate if I were to receive the respective role.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorised to attend or you will be punished [Demoted]?
I acknowledge this factor wholeheartedly. Also, I can assure you this will not happen. This is because when there is an IC Council meeting, I finish all RP situations that I am partaking in precisely 15 minutes before the meeting starts. This allows me some time to have some free time to myself, change skins if necessary and be at the Council room on time. This means that I will be tardy at all times. However, if I am experiencing technical issues or simply cannot attend, I always shoot a quick DM to whoever is hosting the meeting, apologising and letting them know that I will be a tad late.

Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to IC harassment, and you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
I understand fully that applying for this role potentially means that if I were to join the force, my character would be potentially harassed, as well as myself. I am willing to sacrifice this in order to fulfill my goal of becoming part of the KPD. I am not a ‘toxic’ person, nor will I ever be. My biggest pet hate on the server is when someone takes an ICLY action or speech OOCLY. Anything that happens with my character, stays with her. That’s it, simply. I vow, honestly, that I will never take anything OOC; and if someone else takes it OOCly I would ask them to stop immediately and carry on role-playing. If they refused, I would DM one of my higher-ups, asking for advice in the situation and what to do. If it gets too toxic and they are at a point where they are not role-playing at all, I would try and get one of my higher-ups to come and assist me in this situation.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us about your character, how she looks, what makes her unique?
Nashelle is a 5’6” dark-skinned, mysterious female. No matter what situation she was in, she would always stand with her hands by her side, it’s a form of respect. She has extremely bright green eyes that are speckled with brown dots in the centre of her iris. The female would have a strong nose and jaw, her jaw being clenched always. She would wear just the minute bit of makeup, eyeliner and a dark eyeshadow, to make her eyes pop. She would look at you with an almost bored expression, maintaining eye contact with you. She would wear simple clothes, nothing revealing. Nashelle would carry around a backpack with a notebook in it, nothing else; this was very odd to people. Quite often, she would gaze wonderingly at you, before jotting something down in the tatted notebook, her hands gripping the pencil tightly. As Nashelle spoke, a Spanish accent would melt into her words. The more passionately she spoke about something, the heavier her accent would get.

What is she like on and off the job?
On the job, Nashelle is serious and resilient in everything she does. She is a strong, independent woman who is passionate for many things. She applies herself immensely well. She will not say ‘no’ to any task, no matter how difficult. The female would be described as mature, and works so very hard for everything she does. She keeps a professional relationship with those around her, however sometimes a little spark of kindness and compassion would be shown toward her colleagues. Whenever she is around the general public, she is always respectful and friendly. When she wears her uniform and badge, she knows that she is representing not only herself, but everyone she works with. Nashelle would never jeopardise her career or anyone else’s in that matter. She knows she is lucky to have this job and always tries to prove to everyone how she earnt her position.

Off the job, she is still very reserved. She almost acts as she is still on the job, strangely. Nashelle is a very respectful, disciplined young woman. The female would be quite reserved, keeping to herself. She spoke quietly and softly, different to how she spoke when she was in her uniform. Outside of the police station, she doesn’t like to discuss her work life. There is a difference between home life and work life. If she has had a bad day, she will do everything in her power to forget it. She is a very trustworthy woman, as she never discloses confidential information to another person, after what happened to her in her childhood. Nashelle rarely drinks, only on special occasions such as weddings or important birthdays. Outside of work, she would always call up her colleagues to check up on them, see how they’re doing. Overall, Nashelle is extremely professional and has a mature attitude to whatever she does, no matter who happens to be watching.

Outlook on her co-workers? Plans for the future?
Nashelle sees her coworkers as a support bubble to rely on at all times. She would respect her coworkers immensely and treasure them. Her coworkers would be her closest friends, as she would experience and learn from them. Especially starting such a demanding career, she would need advice and help sometimes- she would seek this advice in her coworkers. To Nashelle, anyone that accepts her for who she is, is immediately like family to her. If her colleagues were ever struggling with anything, or going through a tough time, Nashelle would always be there to support them. Her friendly, outgoing personality would contribute to this. However, all relationships with coworkers are strictly professional and she sees any other relationships than that to be a distraction to the workplace.

Nashelle has her whole life planned out. She plans to work as hard as she can while employed in the Police Force, hopefully working her way up the ranks and showing everyone her abilities. Nashelle wants to be stable so that she can have her own family, have her own house and live a happy life. Along the way, she wants to make a name for herself, since she is a minority and possibly looked down upon due to her lifestyle choice. She hopes to then become a role-model for young girls, showing them that no matter what you choose to be, or who you choose to be; no-one can stop you.

BACKSTORY
Nashelle Ruiz was actually born a male, not a female. Ever since she was young, she has always felt feminine. She didn’t want to play football in the backyard with her brothers, she wanted to dance with her abuela and her sisters. Nashelle had always been close with her abuela. It was when she was five years old Nashelle told her abuela “she wanted to wear dresses and makeup just like the pretty ladies on the television”. Raiza (Nashelle’s abuela) was confused at first but saw deep down that Nashelle really meant this. Raiza bought Nashelle pink dresses and skirts, all emblazoned with glitter and sparkles. If clothes could have the definition of “girly”, the clothes young Nashelle wore would be it. It was Raiza and Nashelle’s little secret. For years it was. Raiza helped Nashelle grow out her hair to make it longer and taught her how to style it. One day, walking home from school at the age of nine, a friend pulled on her backpack. When he pulled, a pink dress fell out. Nashelle and her friend locked eyes, as this was the first person to discover that Nashelle wasn’t who she was. Nashelle looked like a nine year old boy at school, but at after school and at weekends, she looked exactly like a nine year old girl. Ever since that day when the dress fell out of her bag, she was tormented, bullied and beaten everyday at school. Nashelle would come home daily with a new bruise, scratch or sc****. When Nashelle turned thirteen, her abuela started getting sick. Raiza always told Nashelle how poor she was and how much love was worth more than money. Nashelle didn’t really listen. Little did she know, Raiza had over $60,000 in savings. On her death-bed, she told Nashelle to use the majority of the money to get what she wanted. Nashelle wanted to be a real girl. It was at Raiza’s funeral that Nashelle wore a dress for the first time and came out to everyone. It was what Raiza would have wanted. Two years later, when Nashelle was 13, she relocated to Karakura, Japan. This was because there was a specialist that would perform the gender reassignment surgery for her. Two months later, she was a real girl.

She stayed in Karakura and was enrolled into Karakura High School. From the ages of 13 to 18, she experienced a lot of new things- one of the major things being… acceptance. For the first time in her whole life, she was finally accepted into a loving community that welcomed her as Nashelle. This inspired Nashelle to make a change, she wanted to make a difference in the beautiful city of Karakura. So, she studied hard and avoided all distractions until she finally graduated High School with flying colours. She came at the top of her classes, each with extraordinary comments from each of her teachers. Nashelle researched Colleges, as she was fully equipped with all the necessities for further education. After careful consideration, she realised that she wants to study at Karakura Community College. After four years of studying Criminology and Law, she finally graduated College, as her hard efforts shined through. Nashelle was lucky enough to be in the top 0.3% of students that passed with extremely high grades and was placed on the Honour Roll.

After College, she was a little lost. She didn’t really know what she wanted to do in life. One day, when she was walking home from the shops in the rain, she spotted a poster, laying on the floor in the puddle of murky water. She picked it up and read it, slowly and carefully. The poster was about a career in law enforcement. Nashelle went home and googled “Police Academies near me” . That night was the beginning of what sparked her burning passion. She applied to a Police Academy and after months of tirelessly waiting, she got the letter reading that she was to be accepted. It was four years of her life, pushing her endurance to the point where she was sobbing as she was so tired, studying for exams until the early hours of the morning and finally digging her exams. When she graduated from the Police Academy, she made her next step toward her dream life, applying for the Karakura Police Department.
