What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
My motivation in becoming a College Professor here on SRP is that I have previously been one back in September of last year on my main account, now named BoyRP. .And last year as a Professor, that experience is one I will not forget. After a while of not being in the teaching field on SRP, I’ve decided to go back into it. Having a newfound motivation and drive to be a Professor once again. The people that you are around every day bring a friendly tone to the day. The environment was nice and just roleplaying as a Professor, an adult of whom students look up to in a variety of ways is interesting towards me. I am also quite interested and passionate in the subject matter of Economics, finding money to be an interesting but also very crucial part of everybody's lives. And I do believe that teaching others early on about how they should spend, and overall think about their money is important. Since if early on, you are taught how to handle a good sum of cash you could set yourself for a well-off future. I do once again look forward to being a College Professor here on SRP.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have plenty of experience in Roleplaying, especially on this server, I joined in 2016. While here on SRP for 4 years, I have gotten a great understanding of the roleplay roles, terms, and features. I’ve done more than enough of Roleplaying as a Highschool student. As goes the same with being a College student. And from my previous time being a Professor last year and currently being a School Employee, I can say I got a good amount of experience in Roleplaying. Developing the right set of skills to do the job as a Professor well and better than last time.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
It is important to log down how many classes you have done so far in a month's period. So classroom logs are there for that exact reason. They are a way to keep track and log in to your lessons. With this system, you can accurately log in the exact number of classes you did for a month. And so when the end of the month comes along and you have to write down the number of classes you did, you can give an exact number getting the correct amount of payment. It's a simple but efficient system that allows Higher-ups to see if you are doing your job as a Professor and if you are active.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
The strict rules while being in a College class are the following.
1. You are not to go into any off-topic conversations with any classmates during a class.
2. Having your phone out during class is not allowed, if deemed to be a distraction from the lecture it will be taken away till after class. Have it either turned off or on silent.
3. Any form of disrespect towards anybody in the class especially the Professor or any other adult in the room will NOT be tolerated at all.
4. To come to class on time, with a good attitude, and with the right materials. Be ready to learn.
5. Stay at your desk throughout the class, only stand up or move around when told or allowed to.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have quite a range of previous RP experiences, having that I’ve been on SRP for a while now. Becoming a Professor on my main account months back and recently going into School Employee. Both bringing me into environments that opened my eyes to new people and RP types. Throughout these times, I’ve enjoyed learning new things and meeting new people. I’ve always been one to watch how someone else goes along with their RP scenarios, trying to pick up on bits and pieces that I could use to improve my RP skills.

As a College-Professor you are firstly expected to everyday come on time and with a professional attitude & mindset for the day ahead. You have a range of duties that vary in difficulty. But your main goal is to be a Professor that students look up to, getting your lesson plan for the day clearly through your class. You are, after all, expected to be quite knowledgeable not only in the subject you teach but in general. A mentor to the soon-to-be young adults of Karakura, a Professor is to make lesson plans that are informative, get to the class, and of course interactive as much as possible. Of course being as active as he/she can be, to not risk being demoted. The salary of a College-Professor ranges from the minimum amount of classes to meet the quota, that being 15. Earning them at the end of the month 450k, with an additional 10 classes adding 50,000 to their paycheck. Bringing the max total a Professor can make to 500,000.

Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
I would calmly go up to the group of students, getting their attention before asking them what's going on. Why are they being all loud? Reminding them that they are not supposed to act this way in the hallways. Giving them a warning that if they were to not stop acting immaturely, I will send them to a Counselor or later on hold detention for them. If they are to continue acting up, I will ask for assistance from a fellow School Staff or report this situation to a Higher up.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
At first glance, I would give the student(s) a simple warning. Telling them if they were to proceed with disturbing the peace of the class, they could face being asked to exit or worse punishments. If they wish to not heed my first, and only warning, then proceeding to escort them out of the classroom. If needed I would ask for assistance. During all of this, I would keep my composure, being as kind as possible towards them, and of course keeping a Professional mindset.

/me &7Placing both hands on the desk he’d stand up glancing around the classroom full of students just above his glasses. Using his index finger he’ll fix his glasses back on properly with a warm smile appearing on his face as he would wave at them. “Hello! Good afternoon!”
/me &7He’d pull back a drawer below his desk grabbing a piece of paper closing back the drawer. Walking to the printer room, pressing the button to turn on the printer waiting a second before starting to print up copies of the paper.
/me &7Tapping his right foot on the floor he’d slowly cross his arms glancing over to the student with a sarcastic expression on his face. Raising his left eyebrow slowly he’d let out a chuckle passing back their paper.
/me &7Opening up his bag he’ll pull out a medium-sized closed meal placing it on the table. He’d reach back into the bag taking out a fork, zipping back up the bag he’ll take off the lid on the meal starting to eat it while looking out the window.
/me &7Placing a hand in his pockets he’d start to walk through the rows of desks glancing over each student's shoulders seeing if they are on task. Walking over to the window glancing outside it for a moment, before turning back taking one final glance around the class. Then walking back over to his desk sitting himself down in his chair.
