Goood evening Karakura! This is Heng Yu with another weekly report. This week we'll be talking about how badly the animals around Karakura are being treated and how to stop it. This report will summarise what exactly goes on (from personal experiences) to a guide on how to adopt stray pets!

For a long time, the Karakura animals are constantly being harassed if found without an owner. These situations are mostly stray dogs getting provoked by citizens, or a bird just minding its own business when all of a sudden a rock gets thrown at it. These are some of the various issues we have when it comes to Karakura wildlife. It’s not that these issues are impossible to fix, in fact, is quite the opposite. Fixing this issue is not hard and any civilian can step in and prevent these types of things from happening.

Fixing the issue is simple. When witnessing a situation for example a stray dog being physically harmed by a random civilian. This is completely illegal and will result in the perpetrator being fined, one way to help with this is by intervening and or contacting the police. Another way is getting the animal away or in this case a stray dog away from the perpetrator or from the scene completely, and if the perpetrator isn’t wearing a mask or anything like that, taking photos or video evidence could be used to inform the Karakura Police Department or could form a possible court case against the said perpetrator and get the fines raised or even jail time, But make sure to always stay calm and professional during these types on incidents so your evidence isn’t ruined by your behavior.

Adopting an animal or could be very good as well and is currently one of the most common ways to solve these types of issues. Adopting an animal can be easy depending on its behavior of course. Make sure to treat the animal right or just take care of it until it grows a decent liking/bond to you. Adopting an animal on the spot could be a bad idea and no commitment hasn’t been placed in if you haven’t spent a large amount of time with the animal. Looking for collars pr nametags can be useful too, finding the owners of pets is a great thing to do and you might even be rewarded at some times.

There are all kinds of animals that roam around Karakura. From snails to rats and from dogs to birds. They all need a little love once in a while and would appreciate yours! I hope this report has given you a bigger insight into the struggles animals go through and maybe and hopefully opened your eyes to take one in of your own.
