Kehlani had deep grey eyes that almost look lifeless from afar. Her long, blonde hair would sway in the wind, the sun helping to define the luscious blue streaks in her hair. Kehlani Cortez grew up in an extremely competitive environment. No matter what it was, Kehlani and her siblings always fought to be the best at everything. Kehlani was the middle child, having a younger sister and brother and two older sisters. Kehlani had always had a passion for studying, and had the highest grades compared to her siblings, which to others might have seemed like a minor achievement, but to her it meant the world. Kehlanis father was from Tokyo, her mother from Venezuela. Her mother had met her father when she was visiting overseas, where they had kehlanis eldest sister. They eventually moved down to Caracas where her and the rest of her siblings where born. Her family had a very subtle life, however it was always loud and very hard to concentrate. When Kehlani turned 13, her family let her move to Karakura to teach her some ‘Independence’, which she had no problem with, excited to be able to live in a dorm all alone which was a big change coming from a loud house. Since then, she has made many friends and has continued to enhance her learning journey.
