Kicked for spamming + more

I keep getting kicked for spamming for just talking without any warning, is there anything I can do about that

Also is there any map so I know my way around the server (I can't find 7/11 :P )

There is not a map that I know of to help you get around the server. If you want help with directions, ask someone ICly. Which means In-character.
