I am fairly active on SRP. During the week, I am on SRP for three to four days a week. During the time I am on, I am on for a time period of 4 hours.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for a Private Tutor role on SRP.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a Tutor, they typically give a student or a few students extra teaching to the subjects they are currently studying. As a Tutor, I would first address the student about what they are having difficulty in school. As soon as they address their issues, I would then grasp the textbook with the subject they are having the most trouble in school. I would then thoroughly explain to them about how the process works in whatever subject they are having trouble with. I would then write up some practice problems and help them with whatever issues they are stuck on.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
During my lifetime, I have been roleplaying for around five years. Throughout those years, I have thoroughly read and understood the rules of Roleplaying. I have been in many different role plays and I understand what is to be done in the roleplays.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would approach the student in a calm and gentle manner and address to the student that they are struggling in school and that they were sent to me to get help in their school subjects. If the student continues the absurd behavior, I will send a note to their teacher and have the teacher address the situation with the student.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I would approach the students with a medium paced strut. My character would then walk between the students and firmly tell them to cut it out. I would then ask the students to stand on the wall, spreaded a good distance between each other. My character would then talk to the students separately, asking them to hear their side of the story. After hearing both sides of the story, I would let them off with a warning, but if it happens again they will both get detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would approach the employee and address to them what they are doing is inappropriate and doesn't put the right image to our students. If the employee continues this behavior I would then address to higher authority in our faculty and have them handle the situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
In the employee break room, My character would act like a mature and responsible adult. She would talk to the other employees with the respect they deserve. She would discuss with the other employees problems during her class and would start to get into the lessons she is teaching the students. Once getting to know the staff she would then let out her eclectic and silly side.

In the city of Aberdeen, Scotland, a girl by the name of Elise Kamiyama was born on September 6, 1995 to the parents of Frazier Kamiyama and Jamiee Kamiyama. Her parents loved her greatly, she was given the best care from her parents. As a child she lived in poverty and mostly did all the chores while her family would be out trying to earn a living. As a result of living in poverty, Elsie never got a regular school girl education. Whenever she wasn’t doing chores, she would walk around the city picking up any type of writing such as: magazines, newspapers, books, and documents. In her free time she would spend hours upon hours reading all the writings she had collected throughout the day. Even though Elsie loved her life in Scotland, something terrible happened that would change her life forever. While working in the fields on her parent’s farm, she heard two gunshots go off near her residence. She ran back to her estate to find both of her parents dead and robbed. Her eyes feeling with tears, it felt as if everything was in slow motion, she could feel nothing but sadness and remorse. She sobbed her eyes, while laying her head on her father’s dead body. She then thought to herself that her parents would not want her to feel miserable about them. They would want her to do what she dreams of being. After finishing her college education in Scotland, she decided she wanted to help students get through high school. She then found the passion of being a teacher. She then found the opportunity to move to Karakura, Japan to pursue her dream of being a teacher at Karakura High School. When she moved to Karakura, she found out all the slots were full for teachers, and she saw the open slot for being a Tutor at the High School, and she took the chance.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Starting after her parents were shot, she realized her parents would want her to pursue her dream of what she wanted to do in Life. At a very early age, Elsie loved reading books, any type of writing she could find she would read it for hours and hours. She grew to love writing and decided to pursue the dream of being a teacher, but as Karakura does not have any Teacher slots, she decided to go for Tutor.

I would read those writings for hours and hours, studying the text to see if I could make sense of what it was trying to say. Then a traumatic event happened a few years later, my parents were both shot and mugged by some robbers. Right then and there I knew my parents would want me to pursue my dreams of what I wanted to be when I grew up. From my readings to this very moment I knew that I wanted to be some kind of teacher when I grew up. I gathered some money and applied for High School in Scotland and eventually College. I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching and Education by the time I graduated College. By the time I was 24, I moved to Karakura to pursue my dream of being a Teacher.
