What is your motivation for applying?:
I was a gangrper for a long time, I enjoyed gangrp a lot, but after so much of it, though it's amazing, you get tired of it. I chose to apply for this to broaden my roleplay horizons. I have talked to many srp police and truly it seems like a blast, I wish to be accepted so I can experience all the capabilities and experiences this server has to offer, I wish to keep on moving and truly experience what this server is made for. The idea of being an officer also sounds like a blast, as a gangrper I've had so many encounter's with cops it's too many to count, I've seen the gangrper's perspective of these situations but, I wish to see the other side of it!
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Sadly, I do not have much knowledge of police work, I do understand ranks and rates, I understand what is needed to be arrested, fined and so forth, but I wish to join to learn, to become an officer and start at the bottom, to work up and learn how to successfully work as an Srp officer.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are a vital part to Srp this being, To stop gang violence: Gang's are all over the town, if the police weren't there to stop them the streets would be filled with chaos, not only would it be chaos but, there would be so much violence that you couldn't walk around icly without getting mugged!

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
[Valenstus Syvin Vulka] Valenstus would be positioned at a steady 6'5. Her hair was flowing black which made her facial features stand out, she had a very symmetrical face. Her eyes would be sky blue, almost as if you could see clouds in them. She’d be somewhat toned with abs. She was quite curvy and had an hourglass figure. Her voice would flow with a heavy Russian accent. She would smell like freshly baked cookies.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In a professional situation, she will keep a straight face at all times, she would make sure she continues with her task no matter what, anytime she walks into a room or she is around a place she takes in her surroundings even in casual settings, Most people call her paranoid but she always responds with, "You never know."
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Valenstus doesn't mind co-workers and teamwork, she does enjoy working alone but, if it's ever needed she will work with anyone, she cares more about if she can do it correctly and solve a problem more than she cares about who she has to work with.
Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
I see myself as a leader, I have always trusted my head, and I find it easier to explain what I am thinking than trying to understand what others are, a lot of people think differently from me and I feel the way I can explain it is way easier then what they say, Yet I would never pass up an opportunity to learn, Even leader's need to learn from colleagues sometimes such as most need to learn from the leaders
BACKSTORY (100+ words)
Valenstus Vulka was born in Yatsuk, Russia, the capital of Sakha, Russia in the year of 1985 in Yatsuk City Hospital at 05:41:05 in the morning on the twenty-second of January. She was unfortunately born into a family that wasn’t very wealthy and grew up around a large amount of poverty. Due to living in an area with a lot of poverty there was a large amount of crime. Valenstus’ family tried to stay away from those who were involved with crime. One day Valenstus came home from school and her parents weren’t home, and she got a knock on the door by police; she was told her parents were killed by three criminals in a mugging. Shortly after her parents died she began despising all criminals. Due to the murder of her parents she became very paranoid and cautious around others; not trusting many people. She was quickly put into foster care where she discovered that her foster father was a police officer and they spoke mandarin so she began learning that. Her Russian accent was still very strong as she never lost it as she grew up with the family. She decided she was going to avenge her parents one way or another and wanted to become a police officer then. Once deciding she wants to be in the police force; her foster father started teaching her about the police force when she was 10 years old. Shortly after, the foster family wound up fully moving to Karakura, Japan where she learnt Japanese Sign Language and Japanese. Her foster family also mainly spoke Mandarin so she learnt that as she grew with them; her Russian accent never going away. When she was 18 years old she went into police training with her foster father. She focused on becoming a part of the police force and began studying harder in school; attending classes that were based on Legality, Criminal justice etcetera. During her time studying at school she stayed up for days at a time and became addicted to caffeine, specifically coffee. As a trainee of the police force she learnt many important things in her time of schooling and studying with her father. She began working further getting into the police academy; successfully finishing and becoming an official rookie at the police academy.
SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

No you may not own a Pocket knife in Karakura, Any blade above the length of 5.5 cm is illegal to carry or have ownership of in the town of Karakura.

Five medical items that do not require a prescription consist of Paracetamol, cough syrup, birth control, eye patches, and canes.
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
I would ask the person to stop, if they refuse I would remove them using force if needed, I would then bring them to a higher up to report such behavior, even if they are criminals that doesn't mean they deserve to be abused and beaten.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
I would radio in a call for backup as I rush in pulling out my baton, I would pull them off of my co-worker, then I would place them onto the ground placing cuffs on them and send them to a holding cell, then take my co-worker to the hospital if medical attention is required.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
I would go and tell a higher up about said information, And wait for further instruction.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
If a criminal is trying to bribe me, I would refuse their offer and send them a warning, if this is attempted again I will fine them a small fee for hindering my work, if continued after that they would be arrested for Obstruction of Justice.
