Character's gender & pronouns:
Female & she/her
Character's Academic Background
(Grade-12/Bachelors/Masters/PhD):

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Abigail is a 5'5 tall young woman, weighing at 136 pounds, with deep brown eyes and long brown hair with its end dyed red. Her eyes, though brown, look red from time to time due to the light conditions around her. She has a strong body and a basic knowledge of fighting. Martial arts always interested her and she learnt as much as she could about them.
Though she's almost always seen smiling, she's serious about things. She doesn't let one detail of the world slip her sight. Whenever she enters a room, she observes it with the people inside of it then puts on her well-known grin. She likes to communicate with people, make new friends, bring people, gently, out of their comfort zones. She seems to always know what to say, thinking before speaking and always searching for the right options. One of the best things about her is that she always searches till she finds the solution for problems, never giving up.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
As already said above, Abigail always observes her surroundings before entering a situation. Though from the outside it does not seem that way. She has a bright aura around her, bringing joy and laughter along her presence. But her eyes are always moving from side to side, noting everything people are doing around her. Abigail learned from a young age that she can never lose focus and should always be careful.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
She always liked to work with others but needed time to charge up after that. But even like that, whenever she was out with friends or loved ones, she was always on alert, being protective over her companions. She's easy to work with, has an open mind but thinks everything through, meaning that if she thinks that an idea is bad or could use some adjustments, she'll say it.
Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
In her opinion, to be a leader you have to be a follower some time in your life. When having a leader she'd always watch their moves, learning their techniques, their way of thinking. But if she saw that things were getting out of hand or could use a new point of view, she'd step forward with a new idea, helping out the current leader.
She'd also be a great leader, listening to the wishes and opinions of her people, considering them and giving responses, striving to make everyone happy while being fair.

BACKSTORY (100+ words)
Then, for some reason which she does not know, her and her parents moved away from Italy. She never really thought about it, finding that her parents were still in good relations with her nonni. They flew to Japan and settled there in a little town close to Karakura. Her parents decided to enroll her into the Karakura High School, believing that she'd receive a fair education.
After she turned 15 though, her parents had to move back to Italy to take care of the family. When Abigail asked her parents why the urgent cry for help, they just told her that her nonni had some money problems and did not elaborate. The memory left a sense of distrust towards her parents in her. She didn't understand why they couldn't tell her the real reason. Nevertheless she stayed silent about it, not asking questions and just focusing on her studies.
So she stayed in Japan, alone, on her own. She made friends, found out what she wanted to be after witnessing some disturbing things and kept on going for that goal. She always kept a smile on her face, hoping to brighten someone's day. But even while doing that she always doubted herself, doubting her past, her goals and her relations with people around her.
SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
No, you cannot. If you were to be searched through by the police and revealed to be possessing a pocket knife, you would be arrested for minor possession of illegal weaponry.
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
eyepatch, cough syrup, paracetamol, cane, lactulose
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
I would first make sure to take evidence of the abuse, then call reinforcements. Even if it's just one co-worker, I don't know how armed they are, and it's never good to go in alone. After the reinforcements arrive, together with them I'd separate the co-worker from the inmate, bringing the co-worker out of range, then, I'd check up on the inmate to see if they're alright. If needed I'd call paramedics to take care of the inmate then would escort said inmate to a safer place. I'd take care of the co-worker by reporting them to a higher up, along with the evidence of the event.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
I'd first, as said in the previous situation, make sure to take evidence and call reinforcements. When they arrive we'd go in, separating the assaulter from the co-worker, making sure that no one gets hurt, then pat down and disarm the assaulter if they possess any kind of weapons, and arrest them for assaulting a government official.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Carefully collect evidence without said co-worker noticing and report them to a higher up alongside the evidence.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
I'd first make sure to have evidence of said event. After all, it plays a crucial part in these situations. I'd then decline the bribe, pat down, disarm and arrest the criminal for trying to bribe a government official.
