I am always trying to get immersed in the roleplay and character development. I am working back to get my old schedule which is a bit longer than 2-3 hours.

What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying to the Karakura Police Department is to become an active and responsible member of the team, contributing to a structured and organized roleplay environment. I am eager to take a very important role within the server, ensuring that law and order are maintained in Karakura. My goal is to create a safe, immersive experience for all players, making sure they can enjoy their time on the server while feeling secure and engaged in the roleplay.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work? I have a solid understanding of police work, gained through research and observations on the SchoolRP server. I know that police officers are tasked with maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, and handling emergencies. I’ve learned that effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism are key in law enforcement. Additionally, I understand the procedures for making arrests, conducting investigations, and collaborating with other departments or factions to ensure a smooth operation. I’m aware of the importance of ethical behavior and the responsibility that comes with upholding the law.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP? Police are crucial to ensuring the roleplay on the server remains organized and enjoyable. They maintain law and order, ensuring players are safe and that there are clear consequences for any crimes. Without police officers, the server would lack structure, leading to potential chaos that could ruin the roleplay experience. The police help create a balanced environment where players can interact respectfully, ensuring the community remains fun and engaging for everyone, while still remaining in roleplay.

What's your character's backstory?

Fray was born in Montbéliard, France, to two French parents who, despite being deeply rooted in their heritage, always encouraged their children to explore the world beyond their borders. French was the primary language spoken at home, but Fray’s parents instilled in him a strong sense of justice and responsibility from a young age. His father, a firm believer in discipline and fairness, often spoke about the importance of upholding the law, while his mother, who had always been passionate about protecting others, shared her own experiences volunteering for various causes.

When Fray and his brother, Shadow, were still young, their parents made the unexpected decision to send them to Karakura, Japan. The reasons behind this move were never fully explained, but Fray understood it was connected to family matters and the need for better education and safety. In Karakura, Fray’s sense of justice became more than just an abstract idea, it became a driving force in his life. The city, with its unique blend of cultures and its challenges, inspired him to pursue a role where he could make a real difference.

Living in Japan, Fray found himself drawn to the idea of law enforcement. He admired how the Karakura Police Department maintained order and kept the city safe. His growing passion for justice led him to become involved with the KPD, where he could contribute to preserving peace and protecting the community. Fray’s admiration for the department only grew as he saw firsthand how dedicated officers worked to ensure the safety of the people in Karakura, and he felt a deep calling to be part of that effort.

Fray's bond with his brother Shadow, who had been adopted into the Watchers, strengthened his desire to stand up for what was right. Shadow's journey of finding his place in Karakura inspired Fray to do the same, ultimately leading him to join the KPD. Fray quickly realized that his love for justice was not just a personal belief but something he wanted to actively contribute to, ensuring that the people around him could live in a secure and fair environment. Through his connection to Shadow and the Watchers, Fray found his own sense of purpose in the KPD, committed to protecting the people of Karakura and upholding the values of justice.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
If I were to witness or learn of any form of abuse, I would immediately report it to my superior officer. Abuse is not only unethical but also illegal, and it’s crucial to address such behavior to maintain the integrity of the faction or department. I would not tolerate misconduct, as it goes against the values of justice and accountability that the department stands for. Reporting the incident ensures that those responsible are held accountable and upholds the department's commitment to professionalism and respect.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
The approach would depend on the situation, but my first priority would be to ensure that someone is aware of the situation so they can relay the information to other officers. After that, depending on the response I receive, I would act quickly, warning the criminals to back off from my colleague while using any available tools to safely get them out of the situation. If the criminals changed their approach, I would make sure my co-worker is escorted to safety before defending myself, aiming to minimize harm to both parties. Throughout the situation, I would ensure all my equipment, such as my body cam, baton, cuffs, pepper spray, and other necessary items, are accounted for. If anything is missing, I would wait for backup to arrive and then conduct a thorough search of everyone involved. My main priority is to get my colleague to safety with as little harm as possible.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
I would discreetly gather evidence, ensuring all relevant materials like recordings, witness statements, or physical proof are secured without alerting those involved. Once the evidence is collected, I would report the misconduct to internal affairs or the appropriate authority, ensuring all details are clearly presented. Corruption within the force is unacceptable, and I would take the necessary steps to ensure the situation is handled professionally and justice is served.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you? If a criminal attempted to bribe me, I would immediately refuse and make it clear that bribery is illegal and unacceptable. Accepting bribes undermines the core values of law enforcement, including integrity and justice. I would report the incident to my superiors, providing details of the bribe, the criminal’s identity, and any supporting evidence or witness statements. Bribery erodes public trust and must be addressed swiftly to prevent further corruption. I would fully cooperate with any investigation and ensure my actions remain ethical and transparent, upholding the law at all times.
