Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
In my eyes, Teachers are important to SchoolRP, for many reasons being, students tend to look up to teacher, and other faculty members. Students go to Teachers for help, guidance, assistance on homework, or help on tasks. Teachers are there to set an example for the students, they are there to teach, and motivate the students to succeed in life, to be motivated to go to collage, to motivate them to not slack in life. Teachers are also there to prevent bad stuff from happening, helping other faculty members with stuff they are unfamiliar about. They are there also to help, prevent fights and prevent people from having to go to detention. Teachers are also the to correct student to make them succeed in life, and in school.

What's your character's full name?: Takumi ‘Aya’ Zumaa
What is your character's nationality?: Japanese
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education
Describe your character:
Takumi, is a very strong and intelligent person. His body set is, muscular, strong, he carry’s around a woody scent, that hinted he loved to do hard work. He would always have a smile on his face, and would be willing to do anything to help. Speaking of help.. Takumi is probably the most helpful person you could ask for. He is know for going out of his way to help other.. Sometimes Takumi helps to much that he gets yelled at, or in trouble over.. His favorite way of showing who and how he is, is by helping. And he is unique because of his helping hands and ability’s.. Takumi’s future has always been visioned in some type job that is all focused on helping or teaching. Takumi then started gaining his thoughts on what he can do for a long term career, what he could apply for. That people would enjoy him being around. Someplace that he would be welcomed by his helping abilities. He then came up with a list of potential jobs. Those jobs would be: Becoming a teacher. Why? Because Takumi, Loves helping as that’s his way of showing love, and that he cares. He wants to be able to help the students, help guide them, help motivate them into thriving to succeed in life, to give them motivation on doing school. This would be his first option. His next option would be: Becoming a KPD officer. As an officer his duty’s would be perfect to how he is and how helpful he loves to be. That would be almost a dream job for Takumi. Final job would be: Lawyer.. Laywers are a BIG task.. it requires a bunch of motivation and help, which Takumi is well known for and can provide. He can provide everything they would need, being fighting court cases to helping people who need lawyers or all the duty’s that a lawyer provides.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Takumi, Has an encouraging outlook on students.. as he thrives to guide them, and to help them learn and wants to encourage and inspire them to go beyond just class work. But he has an outlook on helping them get more involved within the school and not just sit in class. He also has outlook on helping them graduate and to be more productive than what they are!
On the other hand, Takumi has a very good outlook on his coworker, he tends to value there skills, and how they are to other people. He also has an outlook on how he can go to them for help. And how he can also help them and help them thrive to do better, and help them do things there more uncomfortable with, and situations they need help in. He looks up to how the can help guide Takumi to things he doesn’t know.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Motivation.. Takumi’s motivation is very strong, and more focused on the students. As Takumi was growing up. He would always watch how people acted.. And how the Teachers would treat and teach the students. He gained and took note. Since he loved to help. Later to help if he were to ever become a teacher. But his main motivation to become a teacher is to help and see the students around succeed, see the graduate. He wants to be able to be there to teach, help. And educate the students. He wants to be there to encourage them to go out there way, and to get more involved in school. To guide them to get involved in sports.. or clubs.. or any activities the school would have for students.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Takumi would stop and slowdown, and take a pause and assist the student. Takumi would sit down with the student and walk him through and help him through his issue, step by step. Even if it took the whole day Takumi would go out of his way to make sure the student gets the context. As his outlook on students are to graduate. And succeed I life, to help motivate them to keep going.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Takumi would stop and pause, he would attempt to make the student stop, as Takumi is a very laid back person, he would approach the student in a nice and calm manner, explaining to the student that if you keep being a distraction to his class that he will be removed from the class. He would also say, if you aren’t serious about being in here to focus or work. Then I won’t allow you to come back, as you are distracting his class. He would then take another second to speak with the students that were involved and explain, the same thing that he is very serious about how he teaches. And how serious he is about seeing the students graduate, and succeed into there life.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
His first class idea would be: Takumi sets out a lesson based on how you should physically keep your body in shape. He would take and create a whole lesson, on proper ways to stretch, proper ways to maintain your energy, the proper way to maintain your self I shape. He would take the day teaching them all these things, helping them learn on how to mainly keep their bodies in shape.
His second idea would be: Having a fun day out on the ground, allowing the students to have what Takumi likes to call “Ball Day” Ball Day is where Takumi’s every other day or once a week. Take the students to their preferred ball court, or track. He would take and allow them to go out, play against there classmates letting them have a fun time, and a good way to keep there body’s in shape, and not just have them sitting down every other class. Takumi wants the students to have some fun throughout the day. Not held up in a class room, bored of teaching. He wants them to have some freedom.
