Being a student is repetitive, I'm constantly doing the same thing. I prefer being in charge and to teach rather than get taught and socialise. A variety of role playing experiences could be great, and to get the taste of being a teacher again.

Put some effort into your art, as it can relieve any stress you have contracted through other lessons and studying. Don't rudely and unprofessionally criticise other student's art as it can be extremely offensive.

I was an Art Teacher on SchoolRP. It was fun and enjoyable. Students behaved well in my classes. Only one or two idiots that wanted to rebel. I've realised that students and teachers on the internet are much different from students and teachers in real life. The comparison is almost hilarious. I, obviously, am too young to become a teacher in the real world and currently don't have the required qualifications but I do know that teachers are a lot serious and a lot easier to fool in reality.

KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers in game aren't as important as the teachers in real life. It's important to keep in character and to maintain your role. The purpose they serve is to teach the uneducated children that even on games like Minecraft, you can't escape the horror of school. To sit down and be serious. To listen and to learn about how annoying punishments can be, so you can avoid them.
The purpose teacher's serve is to increase the size of the brain's mental conscious, in simple words, make them more open minded.
Sometimes, the way teacher's teach are extremely boring. They don't take notice of the class's capability, always pushing them too far and maybe sometimes not even trying to make anything challenging. School is a place to learn, and not getting challenged is the same as not learning.
As for spare time, If it was in school break time or lunch time, set up class presentations and print out worksheets. Out of school spare time, to be honest, everyone has their own secret way of spending their spare time out of school, but what I hear, they mark homework and set up weekend detentions for extremely bad behaved students.
I live in London, and the teacher's salary's are approximately £22,000 to £33,000.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: This is a SCHOOL role play server. A school needs teachers to function. Without teachers, 'SchoolRP' isn't the right name for this server. Teachers are a crucial part of overall school structuring. Students need to be taught by a teacher.

Trainee - You're not entitled to teach your own classes, but you can observe other classes and learn from them.
NQT - You have just been qualified as a teacher. You can now teach classes but under the acknowledgment of the HoD/HD and you're not allowed to take trainees in to watch your classes.
QTLS - You are finally a qualified teacher, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want and allowed to take in trainees to learn from your classes but you're not allowed to train them.
HoD/HD - You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans. You can teach trainees and allow trainees into your class.

The planning system runs on a Must have, Should have, Could Have system.

Strictly and firmly tell them to stop swearing. If they fail to cooperate, report them to Principal Ducks and let him take the actions further.

If it is due to talking, I would find the core of the conversation and threaten to give out detentions.
If it is due to people being stupid and failure to understand instructions, I would slowly step by step guide them to complete extremely hard task.

BACKSTORY
As a young girl, Lab ba was loved by many. She grew up in a lovely and caring family that raised her like an angel. Independence became her middle name, always did everything to the best of her ability by herself. Nobody could stop her from doing what she wanted. It was hard for her to work in groups as she wanted to replicate her thoughts exactly and she was the only one who knew how to do that.
Before the early stages of an adult, Lab ba started to open up to the world. Loving her piers was the first step, but what about loving her? Love the life she's living? She realised that she couldn't keep in her independent hole for any longer. Lab ba tried out many different jobs, enjoyed them, but never stuck with them. It became her addiction to find a job that suit her taste. Constantly travelling and going to different cities to become a team player. Courage was needed to do that.
Lab ba felt as if her life was not complete, like a half filled water bottle. She explored loads of job branches; unfortunately none of them satisfied her or gave her an inside spark. One day, her cousin Bab ba invited her to visit her school that she was teaching at, to observe and enjoy the experience. Lab ba loved seeing the good and also the naughty children. It was thrilling, annoying and exciting at the same time. This emotion was satisfaction in it's own way. Lab ba had made up her mind. Teaching was the answer.
Teaching was always deep inside the core of her endless mind, it was the matter of digging it out. The journey was terrible and exhausting, but in the end it was all worth it. Lab ba was happy to have found the mystery job she had always craved to seek.
