Describe your activity on the server:
Since I started playing on this server recently(around a month ago) I gained a lot of interest, resulting in me spending a minimum of 1 hour a day. In the recent few weeks I spent multiple hours(up to 8 hours a day). I have been trying to learn multiple things this server has to offer, also resulting in high activity.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
What position are you applying for?:
I am applying for the position of a lawyer.
What is your motivation for applying?:
OOC: I have gained a lot of respect and interest in law in the last couple of years. School being one of the reasons of getting me into the topic. It always interests me what kind of rules/regulations the world has and also trying to find potential flaws has been an interest of mine(Of course no illegal work). I also find the idea of knowing how the modern world works and functions pretty interesting and what the history of all these laws was. Considering the fact that I currently live in Germany, where there were more than enough incidents connected to law(such as the "Weimarer Republik"), you can often find me looking up such cases. I also did an internship at a firm who specialised in Tax Consulting for rather large companies. Another reason why I find it interesting is due to the rules in India. Being an Indian Citizen it is always interesting to have a look at current laws and how good they work(which considering the population of India isn't great.
ICLY: Since Vikku's parents decided to tour the whole world for a few years before settling down in Karakura, the law always piqued Vikku's interest as he often compared the rules between the different countries and continents. Although he was unsure for a while what kind of a job he wanted, he always snooped around in different areas and decided that the Law was one of the things that interested him the most along with electronics. After seeing how the law was in Karakura after taking consultation advice from the town hall, he decided that this was the proffesional route he would like to take
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes I have read the laws on the forum a couple of times to make sure my character and I as a player don't break any rules.
Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
Vikku's goal is to get an even better understanding on the law in Karakura so that he can gather further information on how different places have different laws and to possibly find an efficient and effective way to solve problems for clients etc. He wants to learn not just about the laws but how to represent himself and others in a proffesional way. Allowing him to join the faction would mean he would get a better understanding on connecting with people while pursuing one of his dream jobs.
In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
Helping others: counseling other on the law and what legal action they should/should not take
representing clients in different fashion: presenting information to the judge for example in a professional way
understanding: Possessing the knowledge of the law in order to potentially improve it/ give advice on it
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I do. If I do not meet the necessary requirements it makes sense that I get removed.
Do you understand that you’re expected to be dedicated to your position upon being accepted?:
Yes, I do. This being a roleplay server, means that I will have to fullfill my role.
Are you aware that any display of OOC bias toward anyone on the job will result in punishment?:
Yes, I am. This will be unforgivable behavior if this happens.

In Germany I worked in a hardware store, where he gained his interest in technology. This resulted in him getting access to the internet, where I learned programming and decided to read through German law. He also worked in a supermarket as a side-job to earn some money. After gaining access to the internet my parents urged him to get further job experience in different sectors. This lead me to work in a law firm. My job title was "assistant" to a lawyer where I gained useful knowledge on this topic.
Political background:
Although I do not feel connected to any certain party, I tend to lean towards the Centre-middle political side of the spectrum. Since there are always flaws in the law, I tend to often find possibilities to overcome these hurdles although I might be unsuccessful sometimes. This prevented me from feeling obliged to any party, as all of them have dirtied their hands in some way or the other.
I do understand that it is nearly impossible for a party to keep a clean slate in such a world, which only makes it a harder conundrum to connect to a certain side of the spectrum.

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
Giving advice to people has always felt like a side job to me. As I have a deep understanding in law and Computer Science, this has helped me modernize helping people. I often use online platforms to give people advice. Making this a physical task won't be much of a problem. The thought of giving justice to those who need it is one of my main goals. The thrill of being in a courtroom and representing a client to show the truth is unmatched by anything else. The general fun of practicing law and showing others that it isn't something to be scared of is something that I feel passionate about.
