A key aspect of my activity on the server is building relationships with others and making more time to grow my character. As someone who has dedicated a considerable amount of time to the server, I can create a significant amount of time on this server. What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I started roleplaying back in 2014, beginning on a shared server. I have spent time growing, creating, and making enjoyable scenarios with my characters. I joined Schoolrp back in 2019. Start with the simple green tag and slowly climb the ladder to Grade 12. I was in grade 12 for about 3 years before applying to be a teacher. School as a teacher was my peak time of playing every day, growing engaging interactions with all my possible outcomes into roleplay. This helped me interact with more people, which helped me out of my comfort zone, as roleplaying with people was a little tricky. In real life, I am an introvert, so roleplaying has brought me a new burst of imagination, which has caused me to expand. After 3 months of being a teacher, this is what made me want to explore more factions. This is where I applied to be a Professor to meet another possibility of roleplay while I can. But after a bit, I decided to leave the faction to think about what I wanted to have in roleplay next. When thinking about what else I wanted to apply for, I would discover roleplay as just an adult character—running around trying my best to create new interactions with my character. This is where I am now technically, trying out new factions and wishing I was eligible to discover different journeys of roleplay. This also helps me decide what I want to do in the future. My imagination is a world where I can express myself in roleplay when I can't express who I truly am on the outside. During my time outside of roleplay, I would write down and think about how I wanted things to go next. I would create backstories, biographies, Descriptions, and even new characters, deciding whether to play them into SchoolRP. I would create new scenarios, beginning new adventures in my document logs. I got most of my roleplay skills on Hypixel housing during the big time of roleplay before school existed. Being an introvert in real-life terms doesn't help me know myself, so roleplaying has helped me see that, bringing this engaging and understanding portion about myself that I didn't know. Because of this, I can express my wants/needs, especially knowing what I wish to be when I get older. Being a teacher helped me discover what direction I want to have in my life.
What is your motivation for applying?
I am motivated to apply for the psychiatrist role because I have always been drawn to complex interactions and realism. Mental health is essential in this server, so engaging in this complexity will also help me get to know my characters more. Playing as a Psychiatrist would allow me to explore more complex/deeper roleplay scenarios. This can also help me experience the importance of mental health and the well-being of people. The psychiatrist role offers players opportunities to develop their characters through realistic Therapy. Being a part of the teacher and professor faction, I have discovered different ways and perspectives of roleplay within the server. This has helped me work through the stronger roleplays being a the****** for the kids on school grounds when the consolers weren't around. I enjoy the thrill and guidance of assisting other people, and this would work perfectly for being a psychiatrist. This role could also allow me to help understand more about the daily struggles, traumas, and challenges people face. It enables me to spread more freely into my detail roleplaying, as I am very well used to it. Working past my in-game experience, I have always been interested in having a character in the psychology department. I spent my time creating detailed Biographies and Acts, exploring the mental parts of my characters. This passion for my character, Joziku, can also help me understand people's behaviors that differ from others. Being a psychiatrist, I am very aware of human behavior, which is perfect since I am currently taking a class on being a psychiatrist in person. This also means I must bring my character's role into a realistic format, which I enjoy doing. You must require patience while being a psychiatrist, which I have. I am motivated to apply for the Psychiatrist role because it could take my roleplay level up one more. Being able to create a new culture/ dynamic in my character growth. Having experience in the helpful department of being a teacher/professor has laid a base for what I wish to do next. It has brought these exciting and new experiences into my head, and I want to expand on them more when it comes to a later date.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Director: The director is the head of the hospital and manages all its aspects. The director also manages the hospital's financial worth to pay the staff who work there and is responsible for the hospital's needs and expectations.
Doctor: A doctor is responsible for diagnosing the patients and assessing symptoms that could result in a virus of some sort. They also are supposed to do Treatment, which they prescribe medicine, and manage chronic conditions like cancer. They have multiple other jobs, such as care, education, research, and collaboration. They must provide more care to patients who need recovery or support than others. Education: They must teach the patient about healthy dietary plans and lifestyles. Doctors must do much research to understand what's happening with the patient. Finally, in collaboration, they have to talk to their co-workers to help find out what is going wrong with that patient if they so desperately need to.
Psychiatrist: A Psychiatrist is responsible for the mental well-being of a specific patient. They evaluate the patient to determine what is going on, even if it is a little problem in their head. The psychiatrist monitors the patient, tracks their progress, and adjusts any treatments moving forward. The psychiatrist can also provide immediate support during mental health emergencies. They also diagnose the Patient so they can determine if they have a mental illness or not.
Paramedic: A paramedic is responsible for emergency calls, assessing patients and determining Treatment, providing first aid, transporting and sporting patients to document, documenting Treatment and maintaining medical supplies, and teaching first aid to the public. These specific help ties help the patient before being turned over to the doctor while waiting at the hospital.
Veterinarian: A veterinarian is responsible for Dental work, and vaccinations to animals as well as examining the animal to assess the Treatment for that injured or sick animal. Veterinarians also have to do a ton of research to understand the sick bodies of certain animals. Veterinarians educate the owners of that pet on food safety. They explain to that specific person what to feed them and what not to feed them.

Joziku Silver Sowa was born in Seoul, South Korea, on March 5th, 1993. Joziku was raised in a Household of Koreans and Latinos. His mother was a strict but kind soul, though his father was rigorous, expecting him to marry under the family name to a woman. Joziku's mother wanted him to know Japanese sign language cause she planned to having him and her move away from his father after age 8. Joziku slowly learned Japanese sign language from his mother daily way before he even got into primary school. Joziku was a happy kid, dancing around before he hit five and enjoying his time at home with his mother and siblings. Though his father did put a lot of pressure on him, trying his best to get him to be raised right before primary school even started for him.
Developing Linguistic [5-10]
Joziku joined primary school as he was already excelling in the Spanish and Korean paths. However, after learning Japanese sign language with his mother, he messed with his classmates as they never even knew it was a thing. During primary school, he realized he loved storytelling and literature. He loved to read and studied a lot. Joziku would sit in the family's extended library and study for hours, reading different types of books and growing his mind over the extended days. Joziku would assist his mother in private language lessons as he already enjoyed learning, so coming to these private lessons also helped that specific kid learn more about JSL.
Moving to Karakura, Japan [10-15]
At the age of 12, he and his mother relocated to Karakura. She finally left that rude and stressful husband she was married to. Because of this, Joziku had to say goodbye to his friends and make new ones. Joziku was already fluent in JSL, so talking to people was easy. This is what made him decide that this place is where he will live forever. It was calm and peaceful at Karakura. During the time of being in Karakura, Joziku soon decided to look into teaching and Psychology. Joziku would study day and night about psychology and how fascinated he was towards it. He mastered the basics of Psychology at the age of 14. He already excelled in literature and linguistics as he participated in different clubs that involved literature.
College and Teaching Aspirations [15-20]
After graduating high school, He enrolled in a Language arts Education Program at a university outside of Karakura; finding himself stuck, he decided to volunteer as a tutor at a university, struggling to understand the components of language arts and the aspects of English itself. During their time in college, he took some classes in Psychology. In college, he was able to help students overcome some barriers, and some say that the courses they were taking were a lot harder. By the end of the semester, Joziku had graduated with a Bachelor of Language Arts Education.
Becoming A Teacher At Karakura High School [20-25]
By age 25, He started to teach at Karakura High School as a Language Arts Teacher. He focused on helping students overcome communication barriers and struggled with the facts as some didn't understand what English class meant. Joziku was a passionate and understanding teacher as he was willing to help his students work as much as they possibly could, Trying his best to help each student learn at the level he was at. During his teaching career, Joziku decided to enroll in an online school and start learning more about psychology and becoming a psychiatrist, which he soon wished to be.
Retiring for Teaching and Pursuing as a Psychiatrist [25-32]
Joziku would eventually leave being a teacher at 30, willing to work his way into becoming a Psychiatrist. He finally graduated from that online school with a master's in counseling and health psychology. Joziku would help his friends and loved ones with mental health and communication disorders. He was always willing to help his friends and family as he felt it was a significant need. Joziku, at this very moment, awaits to hear back from the hospital about his application.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Joziku specializes in Multicultural mental health, communication disorders, and the psychological effects of chronic illness. He chose this mainly because of his degrees in psychology. Counseling Psychology navigates emotional and psychological struggles, especially for those who struggle with cultural transitions and Identity conflicts. Joziku chose this degree because he knows about academic stress, self-esteem issues, and social anxieties. The other degree that helped me choose this is also Health Psychology because he knows that cultural beliefs, stress, and chronic conditions often influence mental and physical health. He became interested in individuals who struggle with long-term illnesses, stress-related disorders, or disabilities. This can cause people to think that they can't speak what they wish to say.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Joziku is a tall and strong-built man; He stands at just 6 feet with a calm attitude. His silver hair mainly contrasts with his brown eyes. This would give him a look of a fine young man. Despite his well-kept appearance, a scar on his eye would be present, as if it were an old burn. He wears glasses, which help him see perfectly while working. Another accessory you see on him is an engagement ring. That smile you see on his face would warm your heart, knowing you would be okay around him. Joziku has a charming and engaging personality, which makes conversations with him feel meaningful; listening to this man makes you feel relaxed and empathetic when you're with him.
What makes Joziku unique is his balanced approach. He ensures his clients are safe and comfortable in their rooms, as this could affect how they're having the conversation. Joziku has this understanding and heart-warming thought process. He is willing to be quiet and listen, letting them come to him when they need a space to feel comfortable. Joziku is willing to cooperate with the patient to benefit their needs. Joziku profoundly relates to the patients who struggle through trauma and are emotionally burdened.
What others see in Joziku is this calm, understanding psychiatrist who makes them feel safe and heard. Joziku's thoughtful nature helps his patients feel better when he is around. Joziku has this funny but well-mannered way of being, which keeps him the way he is. Joziku enjoyed having this gentle but firm presence as he is always willing to listen to someone if they feel like they need someone to talk to. He enjoys being gentle, offering his patients the chance to vent to him whenever they wish to. Joziku is willing to connect to a patient in desperate need.

How does your character act around the hospital?
Joziku acts more maturely for his age; he is always willing to help people and is well-mannered. He takes his job seriously and is always willing to be quiet and listen if needed. Joziku acts smart and is well-trained. He doesn't care for funny business in the hospital as it isn't his cup of tea. A hospital should be used properly, not for kids to run into and play around like it's some party. A hospital should strictly be appropriately used in his eyes. He would firmly step in but with a respectful reminder that they were in a hospital. If they need something, they must ask, though if they're just in there for fun, they must leave. Joziku doesn't engage in casual joking and unnecessary small talk when he has a job to do. He is more focused on helping his patients than talking to some teens.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
It depends on who he works with. Joziku prefers to work alone when he has therapy appointments, which can help him focus more on his own patients. He feels that the less distraction, the more the patient will open up to him. Joziku is also always willing to give a helping hand as it could bring a faster-paced work set; the faster that injured or sick kid is in, the sooner they can leave and continue with their day. Joziku is a multitasker, so working with people isn't his problem. He is always willing to give a helping hand if anyone needs one at that very moment.
