My activity across the server as a whole within the last year and 3 months, when I would say I officially started playing SRP properly I feel has been very consistent, rarely missing a day and almost always playing for at least 2-3 hours a day. However across my time I have had slight gaps in my activity that may consist of 1-2 weeks however this was primarily due to exams which I have always filled an inactivity log for. Therefore I feel despite those occasions I have been very active. My main account Leo_14 has always been my primary used account with 16 weeks played since officially playing properly from august 15th 2023! Across my time within the server I have built up a reputation within the student faction but also within the shop faction and its consumers for always being behind the till! leading me to at this moment in time have worked within 6 shops which I still retain 3 which I have been deeply involved within! Where as in march I ventured into my first faction! the council faction where across the months I have progressed onto the higher-up team as Vice president! Allowing me to gain many valued experiences across my journey.

My explanation for Wednesday looking like an anomaly out of the 7 days is because I have volleyball training/game day on a Wednesday therefore I am usually home a lot later that day!

Governor
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is for my experience to take a new direction. As of now I have been heavily focused within the student faction and the shop faction (as an employee) however I would like to venture into the more official side of SRP. To me the governor position within the government faction quite interests me, through the varied interactions they have been judges and lawyers but also through the duties they carry out. A big one for me is I personally love the shop inspectors when they visit the shops and I would like to be involved within that. It shows an opportunity to meet new people with every visit and therefore allows me to seek new experiences. Furthermore the other responsibilities of the governor position interest me, such as attending trials as to me whenever I see a trial pop up within the chat box I always rush over. The responsibilities of the government faction as a whole excite me and I feel the faction would offer me a very unique experience like no other. In addition, I have been told by numerous people within the faction that it is a very enjoyable, pleasurable and memorable experience which I would love to be apart of!

Yep! I have an understanding of Kamakura's law and Constitutional rights!
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
IC: My goals are to become more intertwine within the cities vital points. Throughout my long age I have realised how much of a backbone a cities government can be, whether their actions are agreed with upon the people or not. However after such a long time of viewing the government I would like to become a part of of it. I want to be able to help the city within what I view is its most vital aspect, such as verifying important documents along with helping people for the greater good of their own such through making sure shops are kept to the correct standard and are not ran at an extent that they are a risk to others. I feel that after all this time of being in the city I would like to put myself at use and contribute towards this cities bright future ahead! Becoming a part in such a huge element of the city and its government, allowing for me to have a true contribution towards the people! that is my motivation for wanting to become a member of the government.
OOC: My goals within the government faction is expand my experiences and opportunities in something that I find interesting. I have always looked upon history within many countries governments and political past and to me I feel that was an element in to what made me want to go and wan to become a part of the government faction. My goal is to help create new friendships along my journey within SRP and experiences that are valuable to both myself and those around me that may intertwine with myself if I get accepted. I am driven to take on a new opportunity such as applying for the government faction which will allow for me to meet my goal of interacting with many new people and to gain many new valuable unique experiences that I wont be able to achieve elsewhere, I have heard many good things within the government faction and I would like to be involved and apart of that.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Governor:
The governor within the government has an approach regarding attending to the needs of the public and conducting surveys and inspections on their part to promote the maintenance of the city and giving consideration of the people of Karakura. This is shown in the Governors role to conduct shop inspections, making sure that the wellbeing of the employees in the store are held high, from the employee to shopkeeper relations and ensuring fair pay but also looking at the conditions of the store so that not only employees but customers are happy to be in that area. Furthermore through the implementation of conducting surveys, this allows to take into consideration what the citizens of Karakura may want to request more of from the government, such as an implementation of more safety for its citizens. The survey allows to consider the citizens requests that may want certain things to be improved or even implemented for the benefit of the citizens of Karakura. However the other responsibilities of the governor's are to Hand out ID cards, allowing for citizens to become more fledged within society. Officiating marriages to help those who want to be recognised as a single entity (where both individuals possessions are one and are both treated as one). But also monitoring trials from the side and the approval of adoption paperwork for families wishing to adopt someone who isn't of their own blood.
Judge:
A judge's role/duty is almost always regarded with giving a answer of yes or no, this can be in the form of attending trials, where they will reach a decision based on if a person is guilty or non-guilty of a crime they were claimed to have committed. Or through the implementation of approving search warrants for KPD in times where KPD may need permission by the government to forcefully enter an individuals property varying on the situation. In a judges spare time, they may be seen in their office reviewing cases that they have been assigned. Such as being assigned a case based on a divorce, helping them in the mean time with the evidence provided to create a baseline of what may be the right call to verify the divorce. Furthermore, like a lawyer the judge is able to approve of restraining orders, where gathering evidence from a party of individuals to seek out being legally obliged to not be interacted with by another party. Gathering information along with taking the reason as to why into consideration for if they should grant it. Finally like like a governor they are able to approve of adoption paperwork for adoption of children, making sure they meet the requirements to give a government recognised adoption. Overall the role of a judge is to provide the public with a service, allowing them to give the public a chance to create a change in their family matters, personal matters or within a case of wanting to fight a claim they were accused of in court.
Lawyer:
A Lawyer's duty mostly regards things towards the legal side, this is presented in the form of being able to be hired for a trial. Where they will offer legal advice and services during a clients trial, whether acting as the defendant or plaintiff. A lawyer can almost said to be considered a guide for a client during a trial, giving them advice on what to say during a trial and also how to approach the case, whether they are being sued or are doing the suing.
