Can you ensure that you will often come on: That depends on my computer as it is old and buggy so I will sometimes crash for no reason or I might just get a black screen, But other than that I am mostly on.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A School Monitor is a school employee that monitors the school on a daily basis, checking in on the students, seeing if they're doing good and interacting with them, talking about whats happening in their life and maybe see if they're mentally healthy. They also check around the school for any fights or anything that needs medical attention so they will come and help. If any Illegal weaponry is used in one of these situations they will try stop the person from using it and immediately call the cops. They also check in on the classes to see if everything is in order.
Do you have any past experience in this type of role play?: No I have not experienced being a School monitor
What experience, in general, do you have in role play?: When I first joined School Role play, I was a grade 7 and I did not know many rules, However one of the people in the server told me about the rules and I followed them, and I went through the grades from Grade 7 to Grade 12. After graduating from Grade 12 to a College Student, I attended some classes and I participated by answering questions and helping out, I have also made friends with two of the college professors when I was still a College Student. When I became an Adult, I mostly did GangRP which was also what I started on mostly when I first joined (However it was not called GangRP back then as it wasn't a thing), I worked at only two stores. I am still an Adult at the age of 22 working at the shop, Owashi.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: My job as a School Monitor is to make sure all students are doing well and fine mentally and physically, and also to check around the school for any fights, illegal weaponry in student hands, and anything that needs medical attention, We can also check in with other school employees also seeing if they're mentally and physically fine.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I'd ask the student to calm down and respect their opinion on how I work, If they did not calm down I would try and talk my way out of having an argument with him. Afterwards I would use the students criticism in order to do better in my job.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would first politely ask if this job is really necessary, to see if it is really needed to help or benefit the school in some sort of way. I would then get the necessary equipment for this hazardous job and do my best to do this job and give it my all.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would first try get the employee back in line, and if that doesn't work I would then threaten to tell the School Principal about this behaviour and even do so. If he still acts out of line, I would then use force by pushing him/her onto the wall softly report them to the School Principal again.

Motivation for Joining YHS: As I walk around Karakura, I see crime, and a lot of people being threatened, and sometimes people having a mental illness that requires attention, Most of my friends have these mental illnesses, This mostly starts at High School due to bullying and disorderly conduct, Which is what I want to stop, I want to help these students grow in the world and excel, I want these students to be proud of their actions and be proud of themselves, And most importantly, I want these students to have a positive attitude towards school and their schoolwork and homework.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I have done two jobs as a security guard in jobs, politely stopping fights and also using force if required, Giving me a quote on quote "Head start" in helping out the school. I am also a single father of 4, helping me understand how students act in various situations, including situations of school work.
