I've been on school rp for probably about a year but not fully active for that year. I am getting more active now and want to stay that way.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Yuken calmly asks them to stop the cursing as thats what i care about… not what they think of me
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Yuken would get in the middle of it not caring for his own safety. He would break the fight up asap and depending on the seriousness bring them to a counselor or detention
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Yuken would tell him/her calmly to stop if they don't, Yuken will get less calm and likely report to the boss
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Yuken would stroll in and sit alone, acknowledging the other workers but not interacting much as he has always been lonely and it is in his nature

Backstory
Yuken was born in sweden and moved to japan with the name Arthur andersson when he was in 7th grade, he started at karakura highschool and was made fun of for his non japanese name. Thus he changed his name to yuken fumiro he was less made fun of than before but still an outcast. It was only natural for him, it was the same in sweden. He graduates with top marks and goes to college in america, he comes back to japan after getting his masters in english. And applies for a job at Karakusa Highschool

Ive been on the server for a good while now and after doing the same type of stuff in rp and just playing as a student i wanted to try to be a librarian because it would spice things up and make me play way more.

Yuken always wanted to work at that school since his second year and librarian was his best bet. But he also dreams of running a computer science company with his friend.
