Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are very important to SchoolRP because they teach children manners and take care of them. When during the school time no teachers would be there, It would end up in chaos, fights, assaulting, maybe even threatening with knifes. The teachers always help students by bringing them in the nurses office and find out what happened. If something else happened the teachers are of course there for you too. They teach you stuff you should know in classes you can attend. Me for example, I've tried the exams once and failed it because i didnt learn about history in the history classes which is sad. Teachers are always needed no matter what is or the school ends up in chaos and harmed children.

Describe your character:
Sora 'Sory' Akaya would stand at a high of 5'10 (180cm). He would have deep gray and dark blue eyes. A pale skin and dark blue hair he would have. Kinda strong arms with a few tatoos on his arm. A tatoo of a scorpion. He says it always looks cool and is nice. He has some piercings in his ears and seems tired from work. He oftens wears a gray jacket with a black leggings. STORY : When he was young, simply 5 years old his partents divorced which caused a lot of sadness inside Sory. When he needed to choose who to stay with he started crying, knowing how hard it actually was thinking about it. He ended up choosing his mother. He lives the full week at his mother's house and the weekend at his dads house. He went to a school which had 4 stars out of 5 stars. There were a few bullys who bullied him but he didnt really care. He wasnt the best at classes and grades too. Like Sory always says :"You dont have to be good, you have to be motivated.". He was the best in art though. Drawing so good for his age that jar's dropped. How can a 5-7 year old draw like that? Is that even possible? Sory really liked the attention he got for his artworks. During these times he was a big fan of the Superhero Batman and Spiderman. He watched it twice a weekand drew a lot artworks based on the movie. When he grew his art potential grew too, making better artworks. He knew he had to teach people his ways. While the years passed he learned to talk JSL and french. He really likes france, the food, the buildings, the language and of course the art. The art of clothes, art of paper and even art of writing. He tried many different things. His mom was very proud of him and happy that he lives such a joyfull life for the last years atleast. He wasnt really interested in romantic relationships, he wanted to continue to work till he reaches his big goal of becoming a nice artist who teaches people his ways. While the years passed he started studying psychology by himself to learn how to manipulate. He tried using that to manipulate the bullys at school that continued bullying him but with no sucess. As the years passed he found a job at a company where you can become a tailor and sell Clothes of any kind. Since he was so art obsessed he ofc applied and got the job. He doesnt make that much money but its not about the cash..Its about that people wear his designs. As he grew older once again he saw a job sign hanging at the front desk of Karakura Highschool. He just knew he needs to become an art teacher. That was a bit from My character Sora, I hope you like it and thanks for reading
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Sora really likes teachers. He had a favourite teacher who is called Mister Akiyama. He really likes him and his performing art. He thinks that The school would be boring and not cool without teachers, nurses and the other roles that are important on school grounds. He respects other students but doesnt like it to get bullied by bullys. He really tries to behave but sometimes it just goes too much when they even attack him so he attacks back. But hes a friendly guy, someone who is fine with other people and doesnt mind them.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Like I said in the description already, Sora really loves art and would love teaching people his ways of drawingand other kinds of art. Knowing that people use his knowledge to do something for their hobby just makes him proud. He always dreamed of doing that and with being an art teacher he kinda becomes famous too and can title himself as an artist. Thats his lifegoal and he would really love to teach his ways. He's a big fan of the Karakura Highschool and loves the theme and teachers. His favourite teacher is the actor Kaito Akiyama. For doing his hobby and lifegoal while getting paid is just perfect for him. He read a lot of books to learn how to teach correctly and good. He also read a lot of psychology books to learn how students work and what to do to make them enjoy school. He hopes he gets accepted to work as an art teacher, thats his dream.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
My character Sora would softly and slowly approach him, giving him the space and motivation he needs. Time doesnt really play a role, He would keep the classroom open after the class so people can finish their art. He would tell the student that everyone is different, some are good in art some art not. Some do understand and some do not if he really doesnt. He would also try repeating it again a bit easily so the student could understand and start drawing or whatever the class subject is. If he is still struggling with the task Sora would make it easier for the student. A maybe more easy task so the student can still have fun and enjoy the class. Only people that really struggle with it get an easier task, if you fake the struggling the student would get removed from the class as fast as possible.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
He would Continue standing infront of anyone, wasting only a bit of his time for him to not waste his class. He would say that he doesnt tolerate disrupting classes and if he wouldnt stop he can go and do something else, outside of the class. After he said that he would continue the class. If the student still doesnt stop he would kick him out, telling him he already had a second chance. He also would tell him that he maybe can do it better and be a good student to show the new students how to behave in school. If new students copy his behavior they would not behave and only do evil stuff which he wouldnt like. He is in school for having fun and dont mess with people that just cant stop interrupting classes and do other mean stuff.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Sora loves every kind of art, So he got lots of ideas. He would definitly start use a class to work with clay. Giving the students the opportunity to create their own masterpieces with his help and revealing them later. While everyone works he would give simple tutorials how to make heads and maybe poses or tries helping getting ideas for the sculpture. After everyone is done he would take the clay and put it in a special room for class next time. The next time they would look at the sculptures they made and say for everyone something positive. He doesnt like when talking about bad stuff, that wont help improving since art is art and every piece is special. For his other class he would draw a painting with the students. Everyone gets a piece of paper and starts gathering ideas. Sora would say that everyone finds a group of 2 and start working on the artwork. He once again walks around the class and helps where he can with the art. He hopes that his students form a type of special bond with eachother, while interacting and drawing together. And once again he leaves the class open after the class has ended so people can finish it. Next class he would once again compare the pictures to others, giving the students the opportunity to say positive things about them. A third class example would be working with paper, and glue. Making some kind of Letter with stuff on it to maybe send it to family or friends. No group working will be needed there and everyone can just do what they want with their letter. And he of course helps again the students if help is needed. Sora gives grades based on the efford they put into the artwork, the teamwork they use in some classes and the look. He goes with the motive and colors that got used on the artwork. He would really love to work as a art teacher.
