Describe your activity on the server: I play a lot of schoolrp, sometimes even reaching the 13 hours mark on a day. I have school and cant play that much then but im very active.

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): Yes, Ive been banned twice. The first ban i was kinda new to gangrp and broke some rules which ended up in a blacklist for a week to learn how to fight properly. I ended up walking to someone and screaming them which got me banned. The second ban were for too many warnings, little stuff like cosmetic abuse (shooting a bit much with paintball gun), Racism (made a joke which wasnt meant at all to be racist) and cannabilism since i was in a pennywise costume and told a kid i want to eat him. Ive learned of all these warnings and bans and will not do them again.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Tutor

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Tutor is a role in the school that helps teachers at classes and any events. Tutor is kinda like a helper you can ask to help. Its like that dude who walks around class checking if somebody does some weird stuff during classes. As a tutor I think it would be much fun helping others while getting paid.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have a lot of experience, unlike others i dont afk in school and im always active. I personally dont like the type of Romancerp and that kind of stuff. Im more the tactical player that likes gangrp or combatrp the most.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I definitly want to help others on the school ground with the special tutor role and the best with that i even get paid. That is perfect for me and completly enough to apply for this spot. It would also be fun to be an adult and talk to kids and that stuff Ireally like that thinking!​

Sora 'Sory' Shinjaku (GRADE-12), Ryuji Tanaka (GRADE-12). The character I am applying with is Ryuji Tanaka.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: Ryujii would stay calm, giving the student a language warning and telling him to stop that instantly. Ryujii wouldnt really care about the insult or anything.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: Ryujii would instantly get inbetween them, trying to stop the fight and getting both of the students out of range. Ryuji would then say that its not allowed to fight and counts as an assault. After checking the knuckles of both he would serve detention.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Ryujii would confront him and tell him to stop whatever he does right now because its dangerous. If the person then doesnt stop Ryujii would get help from other teachers.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act? My character Ryujii would act very chill around the break room, drinking coffee and just relaxing during his break. He maybe trades some ideas with other employeees of new school tactics or ideas.

/me would slowly come trough the hallways and sees the two students fighting. After sighing once he instantly runs towards them, getting inbetween them. He then tries to get both out of range. He would yell to stop and if they dont it will serve in detention. After the fight has ended he would check the knuckles, seeing bruises on both hands and elbows. Ryujii then gives detention to both of the students.​

/me takes his coffee from the break room and sits on the stool, slowly sipping his coffe. &fHey, hows your day going with the students mister (teach)? &3He then continues sipping his coffe, listening to the teacher and trading some answers.​

/me gives a detention slip to the student. &fYou got detention at 3pm, make sure to be there. Stop arguing, ive seen you giving him a swirly. &3He then continues walking while drinking his coffee, thinking of what the one student terrible did.

✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:* Backstory ✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:*Ryuji Tanaka was a man who was born in japan. He is today 26years old but back then he was much younger. 18 years old. His years as a minor or teenager were spend in a city called Karakura. He had fun there and was a brave child,he learned and never did something awfull to others which could harm them in any way.He started studying soon enough and had the dream of someday becoming a school employeee. Why was the question but it was simple to answer it. When he was young, around 19 years old there was that one employeee who was called Mister Shinazuka. Ryujii really liked that guy, he was nice and always funny. He felt some kind of connection in between them. He really liked him until.... He went to school like everyday when he saw something.. something that will change his life forever. Infront of the school were a few broken cars with an ambulance pulling someone in the car. It was mister Shinazuka. Ryujii instantly ran to him and wanted to know if hes okay but he was not allowed to enter. Later that day he heard that he had passed which he thought couldnt be true. So he ran to the hospital during school time and check on him. As he sat there, waiting the doctors came and told him the news. "He passed away... We are sorry". Ryujii started crying and yelling towards the room that the corp was layin in, hoping to get a signal as the security carried him out. He was devistated, traumatized and sad. He ended up having depression and social anxiety. Even today he thinks of mister Shinazuka and his loss. He goes to shrine everyday to pray for him to have a good life up there, Hoping hes doing okay. His parents as they found out what happened became sad too, knowing that their soon feels very bad emotional. They tried making

himhappybutwithoutsucess.Astheyearspassed the depression started leaving Ryujii and he started being more happier. Still sad about his loss but not letting him get beaten by his depression. He started living normally again with only one goal... Becoming a school employeee like Mister Shinazuka!​

His motivation to join the school employeee faction is that he wants to honor mister Shinazuka and he always wanted to help children anyways

I think I would be a good school employeee even in fight situation due to my combatrp knowledge. If i need help i can ask some friends, they are all teachers or work in the school. Icly of course. I am always motivated to do something new, Thanks for reading my Application!​
