Lisanne's mother is Albanian and married to her father who is German.
♥ Backstory ♥
Her father, an industrious and soft-spoken man from Raunheim, Germany, was working at Honeywell Aerospace GmbH as a manufacturer — a career he was already passionate about. During one of his rare vacation breaks, he decided to explore a part of Europe he’d always been curious about: Albania. What started as a spontaneous trip turned into something much more meaningful when he met Lisanne’s mother — a vibrant and warm-hearted woman from a proud and traditional Albanian family.
Despite cultural and linguistic differences, the connection between them was immediate and undeniable. Her father extended his stay, and eventually, love kept him in Tirana, where the two married in a simple but heartfelt ceremony surrounded by her mother's family. They moved into her grandparents’ home — a modest yet lively place where Lisanne would spend the first five years of her life, immersed in a culture rich in tradition, hospitality, and strong family values.
Lisanne was a bright and sensitive child. Even at an early age, she had her father’s calmness and her mother’s emotional warmth. She would often wander around her grandmother’s herb garden or help in the kitchen, already showing a fascination with exotic ingredients and cooking.
When Lisanne turned five, her father decided it was time to return to Germany. The couple had long talked about giving their daughter broader opportunities, and Raunheim offered stability and education in a world that seemed wider and more open. The family moved into the house her father had kept in Germany, and he resumed his work at Honeywell, eventually climbing the ladder to become a department manager.
Germany brought with it a new rhythm. Lisanne, now a dual citizen, grew up learning to balance two cultures — the order, structure, and cool elegance of Germany with the warmth, intensity, and familial closeness of Albania. She spoke both languages fluently and often mixed German efficiency with Albanian emotionality in the way she saw the world.
As a teenager, Lisanne was known for her sweet, soft-spoken nature and her natural beauty — with her long black hair, emerald-green eyes, and slim yet curvy build, she turned heads without even trying. But she was also a little shy, especially when it came to new environments. She found comfort in the familiar: cooking elaborate dishes, going on peaceful strolls, and building deep connections with the people she trusted.
Her parents, recognizing her potential and hoping to challenge her, made a bold decision when she turned 14: they enrolled her in a prestigious international school in Karakura, Japan — a town known for its blend of tradition and modernity. It was a huge step, and though it made Lisanne nervous at first, she took it on with quiet determination.
Now 18, Lisanne lives alone in Japan, where she studies at the high-ranking school and continues to explore her identity. Her fashion is casual and playful — often wearing baggy clothing, a pair of Hello Kitty sweatpants, or a black crop top that shows off her toned midriff. Though she sometimes feels out of place, she’s grown into her own, and people are drawn to her sweet or sometimes slightly aggressive demeanor.
Lisanne may still be figuring out her path, but she carries with her the strength of her roots: the discipline of her father, the passion of her mother, and a heart that longs for connection, warmth, and something — or someone — to belong to."
