Locked Chests + Item removal

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1848 30 1354 (Block E Room 102)
ISSUE: Chests from the previous owner are currently locked, I'd like the mto be unlocked so i can change up the apartment without them in the way. + Jukebox wont be deleted from the apartment, and im not looking to clear my apartment
