ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The item was lost when I fat-fingered drop bind on a staircase within the school building (was spamming it for fun cuz no one was around). Maybe it was dropped somewhere unreachable because I couldn't find it anywhere around where I dropped it. Nobody was around either so I didn't have anyone that I suspect of picking up the item to go to either.
