Lost all items on apartment reset

EVIDENCE:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I own a Big Room in complex G and had reset my apartment expecting the items in chests to drop. Unfortunately, they were all deleted. The glasses and the ouji board are the items I cared about most - though I have no screenshots of the ouji board. Several school staff can confirm that I did own one, however!
